can somebody advise me on torque settings for rear wheel hubs on my 2008 superb mkII 2.0 tdi 140.

120Nm / 88.5 ft/lbs on my 2011 170 (am assuming you mean wheel bolts - apols if got wrong end of stick)

thanks for that, but Im on about the actual rear hub / bearing not wheel

Yeah, that's what I thought as I was posting, sorry can't help with that. Makes me wonder if there's a service manual around somewhere.
