How do you delete the phone?

I have a Yeti Elegance 2014 model, when i got the car i paired my phone with no problems and it has worked fine for the last few months until yesterday, the display shows my phone and asks me if i want to connect, i tell it yes but it displays enter passcode, the enter password facility is not showing on my phone so i am unable to connect and the display says authorisation failed, my phone is a Nokia C5 02, any acvice would be most appreciated.

I bought a set of these muflaps for my Yeti Outdoor from Uk Carmats, there is no way the front ones will fit without performing surgery with a stanley knife, also the supplied screws are not long enough for the rear flaps, has anyone else had a problem fitting these mudflaps.
