  1. Hi All, I'm sorry, I did not describe clearly what I would like. I would like to replace or repair the arm. I have misty memories about it. - Remove the negative pole from the battery. - remove the airbag and the steering - remove the cover of the rod of steering but I have no details. I attached a picture what is my problem, I don't know something is broken inside of the arm mechanical part or not, or just dislocated.
  2. Hi All, There is a number on the EGR valve which begins with letter V if this number is below 600 it should be adapt it the number above 600 not need the adaptation process. Replaced the EGR valve to another new one where the number is above 600. I cleared all error codes it works as we expected.
  3. Hi All, How to access windscreen washer lever? It's a tiny bit dislocated, I would like to put it onto the normal place. Thank you in advance.
  4. The car service technician person stated he checked all and all is perfect. It should have been to check by myself.
  5. I just hope. In the service, the car technician mechanic assures me it has not damaged. What is the problem is the most common cases with the cables? How can we determine the cable is bad? Each cables one by one should check by endless resistance and it not short to ground. Can be occurred this any other problem except for the "broken wire on the connector"? Thank you in advance.
  6. Hi How Can I do the adaptation It has an error code, and I cannot clear it, therefore the Measurement block ö8 is disabled. I used the VCDS. 4900 - EGR Sensor 1 P0405 00 [175] - Signal too Low I cannot clear this error code. Thank you in advance.
  7. One more thing, Should I enter any values, or it go ahead automatically. Thanks
  8. Thank you for your answer, The EGR valve is a brand new VAG (now I fixed it in my original question) What kind (exactly what should set) of basic settings needed in the engine module? Thank you
  9. Hi All I would like to get some help. After replacing the EGR valve, (brand new VAG) the engine light is on, cannot clear the error codes P0405 and P0403. My questions are, - What can be the cause of these codes? - Is it possible to do the learning process with VCDS (or other software) to adopt the new EGR valve? How should this resolve? Thank you in advance.
  10. Three days ago I got an ERROR code (P0403 00 [040] - Malfunction) the mileage is 203.000 Km. I should replace the EGR valve ( 7.24809.16.0 ) and also I shud replace the valve which responsible for the smooth engine shutdown (makes a decompression when the engine shutdown), maybe the name is shut-off valve ( 7.14393.26.0 ) Cheers
  11. I have service book of course but I interested in the practice, not the service book. When I can expect that when I must replace the Diesel Particle Filter, fuel injectors, or turbocharger? I interested in just the other Superb II user's practice who already replaced the mentioned spare parts.
  12. Hi Thank you for your answer. I find it, but not found. May I ask you drop me an URL of that? Thanks.
  13. Hi All, I have a sedan Superb II. 2.0 CR TDI DPF car. Is there exists collected main parts replace estimation by mileage? For example - About 160.000 Km replaced the timing belt and water pump (based on the official guide it should be replace at 210.000 Km) - About 185.000 Km replaced the Dual Mass Flyweight with a clutch and axial pneumatic bearing, (the diaphragm springs went out) - About ..... Km replaced the Turbo Charger - About ..... Km replaced the Diesel Particle Filter - About ..... Km replaced (or repaired if it is made by Bosch) the Fuel injectors etc. May I ask you guys, to share with us your experiences when happened the main parts replacement by mileage in your superb II CR TDI car? Of course, I know it depends on the "drivers leg" with other words the driving habit, what fuel used (normal or premium) and, the usage (city or highway) etc. I use my car in the most common cases in the city (the city is about 80%, the country roads 15%, the highway 5%) Thank you in advance.
  14. Hi all, In meantime I done it. I removed the four screw which fixed the rail of the seat. I not disconnected the battery negative or earth cable because I not disconnected the air bak cable of the seat. The key is XYN / Spline 12pt.
