my vrs hatch can be bad on the same strech of the m62 don't know about worn suspension parts mine only has 17k on it. It was really bad on the way back from the xscape meet, got a camper van blown into my lane missing me by about a foot

my re-mapped octy vrs only has 197 bhp with a generic REVO map, but it is pushing 242 lb/ft and yes i am with direct line too 10% please lol

yea lol pondering on getting it re-remapped at the moment it has 197 bhp@ 4600rpm and 242 lb/ft@ 2600 rpm so its all a bit of all or nothing tend to light the tyres up too easily

anti hijack where the doors lock after you set off is it possible to do it with vagcom on an octy vrs 2004 also can it be done on a lupo sport for the girlfriend??

was the first time i have drove it a long way think it was the steering. It is more precise than the octy at high speeds so i was having to make more ajustments without really thinkin about it i don't have the same problem with it around town just on the motorway

has anyone who is new into a fabia Vrs noticed it makes them sick ... borrowed my brothers fabia Vrs to do a 400 mile round journey of which 90% was motorway (bit cheaper to run than my octy vrs) noticed after a while i started feeling what can only be described as sea sick was really odd my octy does'nt do it neither does my girlfriends lupo which has mega body roll.. i have put it down to the steering with it being speed sensative am i right in thinking its electronic power steering where as the octy aint

how adaptive is the ECU on the octy VRS 1.8T since my last RR day my max torque has moved from 3800 rpm down to 2600 rpm and gone from 228 lb/ft up to 242 lb/ft bhp is down from 208bhp to 193bhp is it possible the ECU has shifted the torque down the rev range due to my driving style

yea here here with the insurance mine has only 17 bhp more than standard with the map which is what insurance ask for... not the extra 70 lb/ft it has given me

not really i have a revo'd octy Vrs and have had fabia Vrs's as curtasy cars and have to admit this thing was rapid

i have went out in a chipped leon cupra TDI with salesman in the passanger seat.. his words were go on give it some it handles really well so threw it into a roundabout and made the mistake of lifting off mid circle due to a car coming on to the roundabout ... it went very sideways needed 3/4 opposite lock and a heavy right foot to pull it out salesmans words were something like ohhhh **** lol he went back without a sale and a few pounds lighter

has anyone had a test drive in a fabia Vrs from a dealer to find it a damn site quicker than the one you bought... my bro had a test drive at a dealer in a sticker'd up Vrs and was well impressed with the performance so went out and bought one from a different dealer who did him a better deal to find it slower than the curtasy car he had test drove in the first place...

my octy vrs was 180 pre revo and i wouldent have liked to go up against a chipped fab vrs (but again my expirience is with my brothers and we have no idea how much power its running) as for top speed i have been behind him at 125 (with road angel) before we backed off (private road) but he said it had plenty left

my brother has just picked his fabia vrs up last week and yesterdat out of curiosity we put a pd tuning box on it that was taken off my g/f's lupo 1.4 tdi pd.. it smoked a lot but went like **** .we had a play from rolling start to 70 mph on a local empty duel carrigeway i could only pull about 3/4 to 1 car length in front in my revo'd octy Vrs i was 2 up to his 1 but i was more than impressed with it
