  1. It's been a while but thought I'd post this here as a little Christmas treat for you guy's. Merry Christmas
  2. Very good answer. One very easy step that could be taken is actually appointing the correct people with the right experience in each particular field, rather than those with the right connections or just those that know how to play the game of politics.
  3. Not at all, neither am I interested in arguing over it. i am fully aware that we are by definition as unique as a snowflake and I fully recognize and embrace my uniqueness. Never mind if it doesn't resonate with you then no harm done but I'm going to continue being me regardless. All the best. I will however leave you with something that Sharkrider said quite a while ago that always stuck in my mind. Which one describes you?
  4. I've just replaced mine at 147,000. To be fair it probably had a bit of life left in it but the dmf started to rattle a bit and I didn't want to risk a gearbox failure.
  5. If I'm not on this planet then what planet am I on? And does that mean that you are implying that you believe in extraterrestrials? :).Anyway back to your question. Can you please clarify what you mean by Human Nature? I have an idea as what you mean and I think that website I linked too has already touched on it, but I'm not sure it gave the answer you were looking for. You have a concept of a "ruling elite" which is good but what does it mean to you, and back to my question how do the "ruling elite" control people and what means do they use? I think possibly that when you define that question to yourself then perhaps you may begin to understand why Human Nature is like it is, and that it can be changed by perhaps reverse engineering for lack of a better word. Sorry I'm replying on my phone so it may not make as much sense right now but hopefully we can get somewhere with it. As for the last part.... Come on, thinking that one person such as myself has all the answers and that you should follow what I say, only as you said replaces what is with the same. For a start we have to start thinking differently as in "outside of the matchbox".
  6. For those who maybe interested in something a little different to the status quo, those who may or may not recognize the need for change may I leave you with one more short but sweet paragraph that sums it up rather well. So, how does one manifest a change in the collective when there is a deeply rooted control paradigm in place and those in control are dedicated to maintaining their power at all cost? The control paradigm is heirarchial in nature with complete power and access to information restricted to the very top of the organizational pyramid. Such individuals are driven by greed and selfishness and care nothing for the well being of those whom they depend on for their wealth and power. The institutions that they have created have a consciousness and energy of their own and there are lower ranking minions who would gladly and cheerfully replace them if they were be removed from their position of power. Nothing can really change until the consciousness of the players changes. http://www.1paradigm.org/change.html For those who don't or those who want to continue the perpetual cycle of pointless arguing then just take what you need and discard the rest or perhaps just scroll on past No offense to be taken and no offense ever meant Sorry I did say short and sweet but I feel this adds to the overall message rather well. The greatest strength and the greatest weakness of a control paradigm system is its heirarchial structure. With the restriction of information and power to the very top of the structure, everyone else is denied the information and power that is required to challenge or change the structure. It also means that those truly in control are small in number. How does seven thousand (or perhaps seven hundred or even seventy) versus seven billion sound? The real power is in the masses and everyone knows it. If the masses were to suddenly and collectively grasp the big picture and the internal power that they possess, the entire system and dominant paradigm would shift instantaneously. This has not happened because the masses are divided and organized into conflicts against themselves. Wars, religious prejudices, distractions, disinformation and the struggle to survive in a manipulated economy make it difficult to find inner peace and see the bigger picture. The shift is coming because it is necessary. Internal change is the engine of the shift. It is not surprising that greed motivated individuals with the perception of having a lot to loose are disinclined to accept change gracefully. It is worth remembering that one of the greatest revolutions in histoy was accomplished by the non-violent activism of Mahatma Ghandi.
  7. Which is exactly why we "The People" need to change not just or necessarily the "ruling elite". We are to blame ultimately because we have let it get this point despite the simple fact that we "The People" outnumber those the "ruling elite" by such a huge number. So then the question arises. How do the few control the many? What methods and means to they use in order to convince billions of people that we need a few corrupt, selfish individuals to provide us with the necessary tools for seemingly unacknowledged self enslavement? "The prison without the bars" We need a ®evolution, but not in the sense of chaos and bloodshed. It's a internal ®evolution and it begins now, with us. It begins with the latest generation of parents and children to show them the error of our ways, to point them in the right direction rather than conditioning them to follow in our dysfunctional footsteps. Sometimes the most complicated questions have the most simple answers. Sometimes the biggest impact can come from places and people who you would least expect. Sometimes you may only need to realize that in order to change the World you only need to change yourself. Sometimes you also realize that one of the biggest and most important revolutions of recent history came from one man and his sandals, his name being the one they called Gandhi and he achieved this monumental feat using peaceful, non violent means. And as he said " Be the change that you want to see in the World" I think you may begin to understand especially after recent events including Brexit and the American presidential campaign..... People are craving and needing a change. The question we must ask is do we want a change for the many or a change for the few???? Some food for thought perhaps?
  8. That's all well and good I often reflect back to my childhood with some very fond memories and some not so fond memories, it's natural yet unproductive unless it serves a greater purpose. I can help but to refer to two of Einsteins "alleged" quotes which on the surface will seem hypocritical given the content of my last post, yet entirely relevant given what is continuing to reoccur throughout history if only dressed up and served in slightly different way. "The definition of Insanity, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result" "You cannot solve a problem using the same level of consciousness that created it." So again and I will keep repeating it hoping that at some point a seed may hatch into your sub-conscience. We will not make any kind of real, lasting, positive change until we first change the way we perceive and think about the issues. We will not get anywhere imo, by propping up and re-enforcing the same self defeating, destructive ritual practices. To quote KRS-ONE if I may. The age of the ignorant rapper is done Knowledge Reigns Supreme Over Nearly Everyone The stereotype must be lost That love and peace and knowledge is soft Do away with that and understand one fact For love, peace must attack And attack real strong, stronger than war To conquer it and its law Mental pictures, stereotypes and fake history Reinforces mystery And when mystery is reinforced That only means that knowledge has been lost And to quote on of my favorite comedians Bill Hicks the legend that he was.
  9. "…..holding positive ideas (as important a step as this is) is not sufficient by itself to change the world. We still need direct communication between individuals, we need to translate our ideas into action, and we need to recognize the freedom of choice of those who choose alternatives different from our own." - Elaine Myers Any person or civilization that does not learn from their past is doomed to repeat it. Control Paradigm interests are, however, served by mass ignorance. Ignorance is disempowering to the masses. This is rather obvious and has been used as a tactic by many tyrants across our history. Borrowed yet very relevant it's well and good talking about the 70's and I'm sure that's very nostalgic for many, but the real issues exist today and only in the now can we actually look at and address the problems rather than comparing them to hardships of yesteryear but what have we actually learned? Massive portions of civilization are living today in conditions far, far worse than most in this country have ever witnessed. Why? Why have we put a man on the Moon 50 years ago yet still are unable to eradicate poverty or care for the most basic of Human needs? Why aren't people asking the real questions? Why have People giving their Power over to a tiny, tiny portion of the total population of the Planet and then treat them as if they are biblicalesque miracle workers ready and waiting to walk on water for their loyal, devoted following of voters? "Well schooled people are irrelevant. They can sell film and razor blades, push paper and talk on telephones, or sit mindlessly before a flickering computer terminal, but as human beings they are useless. " -- John Gatto
  10. Or perhaps it's just better to try something other than that, that hasn't been working for quite some time now. Perhaps it's like Carlin said " we don't need better Politicians, we need better citizens" So for how much longer do we need to participate in this dysfunctional ritual? How much worse does it have to get before we actually do something about it rather than debating, moaning, complaining and lynching our way back into the stone ages? We should have a poll to see just how many people left today who actually believe what they promise and continuously fail to deliver. We need a ®evolution of the mind, body and soul to rid us from these destructive ritualistic practises, not that it hasn't already begun
  11. Strange how his form of copy and paste is acceptable yet mine are the work of the Devil Stay strong guy's more fear and propaganda to follow.
  12. Get yourself a mk1 Golf or even a mk2 and fit your engine in it, you will have an absolute weapon without needing to rip out all the stuff that gives it some level of refinement. Mk1 golf weighs about the same as your saxo did but you gain much more street cred, a mk2 weighs about a ton depending on which version. Probably not viable for you but the I love the idea of little weight and much torque.
  13. Just out of curiosity why does autodata record it as 1460kg? Thats strange on the website it says kerb weight 1245kg but when I was at a garage earlier today the brake tester weight wall chart had it down as 1460kg. Strange.
  14. Hey you can become a full fledged prepper now then... Spam is your friend and so may this article be . http://www.theprepperjournal.com/2013/06/12/prepping-101-a-step-by-step-plan-for-how-to-get-started-prepping-pt1/
  15. So now what was 3 has turned into 4 I'm sure we can make that 5 before the end of the day. Pythagoras would be proud of me
  16. I'll strike a deal with you then? If you don't labels then don't dish them out and I won't can't be no fairer than that. Of course posting others makes mine more valid It's the sharing of information or ideas, It's exposing people to information or thought processes that they may not have been exposed to otherwise, It's about finding to solutions to problems that exist, It's about taking power away from those who have too much and are abusing it and giving it back to those who need it more. It's about the evolution of our species because the path that we have been on is dysfunctional and will lead to a greater disparity in wealth, social conditions and self empowerment. Ultimately all we are trying to achieve is a fairer, more just World for all not a small select group of wealthy individuals. Does the notion that 80 of the Worlds wealthiest individuals have more wealth than the poorest 50% of the total population of the planet worry you? Are the people of the world not showing just how fed up of being held back and treated poorly they are? Is it not better to try to work together so that we can try to reverse the trend or path that we have found ourselves on? It seems that these days wanting what is best for ALL people rather than a FEW people is considered undesirable. Such is the times we live in.
  17. Not quite it's just that I'm not so fixed on my own views and opinions that I can't allow others into my existence and then I'm able to share them. I do the same as those who repeat government or media programming it's just what I repeat is generally healthier IMO of course
  18. That's good, skepticism is healthy especially when applied in the right way in the right direction. So which parts of the Media has an agenda? Where is the fake news and how do we become aware of it? As you probably know the Internet is the greatest collection/source of Information that we have in the known Universe, questioning what you read and that which you allow into your reality is very healthy It Is down to the individual to acquire the necessary tools needed to reject the false and negative as it is to allow in the light and truth. " I am the light and the way, follow me" Revolution begins with a raging fire and ends with a resurrected Phoenix. But first things first – fire. Metaphorical and psychological fire is needed to burn down the outdated idea that we need a system of control to keep us in line. This fire is sparked by courageous and moral individuals. It begins with a defiant “no!” in the face of authority. When faced with corrupt power, a courageous and moral person undermines such power. They do not remain silent amid tyranny, racism, misogyny, ecocide, and greed. They speak up. They lead people toward freedom. They spark an idea that lights a fire under all entrenched power constructs grown corrupt and uncouth with the passage of time. The question you must ask yourself is this: Am I one of these courageous and moral people? If the answer is yes, then get to work leading others toward freedom. If the answer is no, then get to work learning how to become free. You begin by leading yourself, and realizing that you do not, nor have you ever, needed permission to be free. You begin by realizing that you never needed a ruler or master to tell you what to do, and you have never needed petty laws made by fallible men to guide you toward morality. And you especially don’t need outdated laws based on parochial values to “keep you in line.” As Plato wisely stated, “Good people don’t need laws to tell them to act responsibly, while bad people will find a way around the laws.” Indeed. All you need is the golden rule, the non-aggression principle, and the courage to take responsibility for your own power. Once you’ve learned how to lead yourself, then the real fun begins: learning how to teach others to lead themselves, and helping others become free. This undermines the system of control all by itself, because when people become authentically free they become free to question things. Freedom begets courage, which begets further freedom. Suddenly the individual is questioning everything they’ve been taught: reconditioning their cultural conditioning, un-washing the brainwash, reverse engineering unhealthy programming enforced by years of propaganda. A ninjaneer emerges who is both courageous and moral enough to see through the illusion of authority and get the job done. Maybe this information will be of benefit for you? Maybe you, yourself could too become a Ninjaneer instead of Emotional, Exploitable Soup? Stand in your own Power rather than trying to assume it over overs. http://www.wakingtimes.com/2016/11/29/ninjaneering-matrix-ideological-revolution-strategic-defiance/
  19. And that is the measure of your ignorance you claim to come from a position of knowing yet from what I can make out you think to know something is to come from a position of Ego, I am superior to you anything you say is wrong and obviously all that I absorb is by definition right. Well maybe you are or maybe your ignorance is very exploitable? Anyway not that it matters but a rational person would take in both sides before making a judgement or at least pretend rather than dismiss. Of course it's very easy to recognize that the intention is not to discuss but shut down and limit as is evident by the way the three of you are working together.
  20. That's your only point? Did you think that was an accident....? In can be Hundreds, Thousands or Millions depending on where you source your figures the real point being that quite a lot of People have been killed in our names, for reasons we are told are virtues yet we cannot ever point the fingers at others when we are not prepared to look at ourselves. We don't a change in leadership we need a change in ourselves, in our mentality because from what I can see this is a race to the bottom, or destruction.
  21. How could we possibly shout at them we are just as bad. Again I will point out the fact that we have been killing hundreds of thousands of millions of peoples all across the Globe especially recently in the Middle East for what? To fight the Terrorist's we have been funding and training for decades? To spread Peace and Democracy to those who do not have it? Well we don't have it really do we? We have just had a referendum 6 months ago and yet we are being told that this particular brand of democracy is wrong. WTF! Seriously has anyone taken the time to take a deep breath and actually think about what has been going on? It's utter madness and we continue to accept it. Time to fully disengage from all this pollution and toxic behavior it's becoming to much now and we wonder why things are so messed up in society and all across the Globe yet we don't really want to look at the real causes or issues. Time to become a ninjaneer me thinks. Maybe Edward can help to shed a light on those not very versed in the whole propaganda machine that has permeated the western hemisphere since Joseph Gobbels has been relegated to the Nazi archives. 22. So why the need for these threads and why the need for all the doom and gloom? If you were paying attention you would have seen that, that was pointed out multiple times in your original thread 109 pages ago.
  23. So....... After 109 pages we can still agree that we agree to disagree? Maybe I'll ask the question again 89 pages back into the future.
  24. After Lee's post I thought I might post this one up, yes another Hip-Hop vid but this one deserves to be in this thread because of the content and message contained within. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZsQXLXIVAIg I won't try to elaborate on it but rather let it speak to you in whatever way you choose to allow it, I will however, copy and paste the last verse so that you can get a feel for the message being conveyed in this by the Artist. Also Genius is usually a very good reference site for those who may not understand the language. Focused on variety I'm not the new 2Pac cause I'm here to do this quietly But I'm here to shape society Couldn't even envision what I'm tryna be I'm next level with it Thank you Funk Volume for signing me to come get it Now i'm in it, spreading positivity and empowerment Doing this way before Kendrick Was rapping about lacking confidence Feeling like all this new rap music just ruins it So I'm here to let go of my outer inner-fluences, I'm cooling it Giving all you brothers something real to follow Even though the truth is a hard pill to swallow It's still the motto Painting these pictures like the real picasso If you don't fit in today there's still tomorrow Hoping it benefits us both With these words tatted on me some gon' feel it and some won't Nah, it ain't no hard feelings...
