Am guessing the build was slightly earlier than expected and so delivery might be sooner than thought? Maybe ours was on the same boat?

It's showing as "shipped" on the system. Whatever that means.

Apparently my car is still showing as on the ship. It's going into Grimsby. Anyone have any idea which ships have recently docked or due to dock at Grimsby?

Can't seem to get the map working, so thought I would ask. Should have a new Yeti soon and would like a few tweaks. Mainly big MPH in maxidot, cornering fogs and staging. Anyone help?

Just deciding which VCDS tweaks to go for. The main one I want is the large MPH maxidot. The dealer did a few tweaks on the fabia for us, but refused to do the MPH one so I may need to find someone to help in the Kidderminster or Worcestershire areas if anyone knows anyone. Hoping for an update on delivery on Monday.

Ok. My wife works for NHS and we looked at the salary sacrifice schemes and they seemed to come out more expensive than a good deal on personal hire? Will look at it again in a couple of years. We also needed to trade in our current car so it was easier to do that with a Skoda dealer. We basically found the best deal from a lease broker and took it to a few Skoda dealers and haggled hard until they actually beat the broker deals.

How you finding it? And any "surprises" found yet on the MY16?Dealer reckons about two weeks for ours, I understand its either on a boat or just about to be put on a boat.

So, finally made a decision (on behalf of the wife) and we have ordered a Yeti 2.0 150 manual Laurin and Klement in Muscovado. No other options. Its on a two year lease through Skoda and a pretty good deal. It's a car that's been built and already being shipped, so may have it in a couple of weeks

Thanks. I know the dealer will be looking to get any penny they can back out of this potential deal. They are being vague about the settlement, just saying they will settle it. My point is, if they can get away with settling less, because I have just made a further payment , they will be happy to do so. So, what I want to do is set the delivery date before any additional payments are made

So its looking pretty likely now we will place an order for a Yeti in the next few days. Part of the deal is the dealer will take our fabia and pay the settlement on the PCP. We have a settlement figure that we got from VWFS a week or two back, that says the figure expires on 7th July. However since then, today in fact, a further payment has been taken as normal to the PCP. I am confused as to why the settlement figure is to 7th July. It would make more sense if it were to today's date, when another payment is made? Anyone know exactly how this works and the timing. At the end of the day what I am trying to do is avoid making too many payments into the PCP. I want to time delivery of the new car to avoid extra payments. Hope that makes sense?

Ah the marks showing may be an issue especially being a lease car where it has to go back in good condition. I'll try some more persuasion on muscavado and jungle green I think

Low maintenance is definitely what we want with this car. Don't want a plain silver though and whites out too. I actually liked muscavado and jungle green as I said, but its the missus car really

Thanks all. The wife prefers the blue, but not sure how well that will sit against the brown leather. I guess another one we should consider is the magnetic brown, but the fabia is black and its not faired that well in just over 16 months and is a pain to keep looking nice and I think the brown is quite dark?

Thanks. Did you see a Yeti in this colour before ordering? What other colours did you consider? We are pretty close to ordering now I think so need to make some decisions.

Does anyone have any pics or videos of a Yeti in these colours. Struggling to find one to look at in the flesh. I have searched through a load of threads and bad a good look through Google images. Bit not finding a great deal. Cheers

Things have changed slightly on the lease deals I am being offered. Here's my final offer after quite a bit of haggling. Skoda Yeti 2.0tdi 150ps 4x4 Laurin and Klement with metallic paint 3x23 deposit of £627.39 then £209.13 monthly Total payable 5437.39 I can get this deal from either Skoda direct (VWFS) at 8k miles or through Arval at 10k. My feeling is to go direct as 8k is probably ok just but I may go a bit over (6p per mile on both). Any thoughts on who would be better to use? Only annoying thing is I am slightly in negative equity on the current car that's on a PCP. Both above deals will take the car off me but I will need to put in an additional £250ish to cover the shortfall.
