Thanks for the response, I will remove the seat (I belive the battery will have to be disconnected due to the seat having airbags) & see if its an easy fix or not? Luckily it's not a big problem if I have to leave it in its current position, just that I'd prefer it to be working.

The height adjuster has stopped working on my drivers seat. Mk2 2008. The lever moves up & down, but without the feel of any pressure to move the seat, any ideas as to what the problem may be please. Haynes manual is no help, other than just tells you how to remove the seats.
