My 2014 monte (tdi) has a rattle coming from what sounds like the left rear area.......mine has only been there 9 days since it went in for it's 10k service, so will be getting on the blower to them in the new yr.......

They all come with a black roof...????

If they are like the drl's on the montes then god help u....I just disconnected mine........not really needed

Only got a one thing to say......I thought it was broke when I took the 86bhp one out on test drive just get a 105bhp and be done with it

This was taken yesterday up at Inverary cracking day we had and lovely weather.......

This was taken in the summer on a road trip up the west coast of Scotland a little place called Lochgliphead cracking road in and out of there (better on my Yamaha fazer 1000.. )

Well all sorted now they did it foc ( fyi I didn't cross them over like the other poster commented on) first service done and we're very happy with the standard of service...

Hi this has probably been covered before but I thought I'd ask again, I have a monte carlo tdi and was wondering if anyone has swapped around the wheels, I mean put the front wheels on the back and the back on the front just to balance the tread wear on the tyres..?? any info would be great, ours is going in for it's first service tomorrow so I thought I'd ask them to do this

If they were slimmer and colour coded then yes they would work better.......as it is they just look like a after thought....

I can understand the unburnt fuel into the engine........but as for the enviroment well that seems to doing just fine on it's own what with the huge amounts of **** spewing from worldwide Volcanos......I think thats whats making the weather colder this year.......but hey thats a whole different story....lol

Just a odd question has anyone noticed when their car is idling and u give it a rev like if ur trying to rev high........ours will only go to 2.5k but when we are driving it will rev past this point....I just find it a bit odd......lol

Dirt u wanna see ours it's not been washed for about 3 weeks...lol wheels are a matt black and the bodywork has dirty water lines running down the doors....lol

It's pretty small although because I know where it is I can see the red dot against the black roof from my upstairs bedroom....lol when I look close at it, it look as though the black has jagged edges like it torn off......mrs will be phoning SUK within the next day or so to see wot they say, I took the car out to one of my fav biking roads and it handled it very well putting a smile on me mush which I need at the moment, just to cheer me up..... don't get me wrong it's not as much fun as my 1200cc bike....

Got an answer back from the local dealership via email the guy in the workshop said that the roofs are painted but only after the cars are painted fully in wot ever colour u have chosen, me I find that hard to believe as the paint surface is still shiny and not keyed to except the top coat (black) and have told them this in my reply....and was also told that u can get a black magic paint stick for repairing it......for some this won't be a problem but to me it is.....as the whole standard of the car isn't really wot I expected it to be....a bit disappointed really... :(

The Mrs will be getting on the blower to them tomorrow (god help them when she starts going....lol) not good enough really wrapped roof.....if it had been painted I'm almost sure I'd not be looking at a mark like this where u can see the red paint underneath the black.....as the painted finish would have absorbed the impact better, but now I'm left with something that I cannot do anything with, I'm also worried about water getting under the wrap.....ffs

Don't know about squeaky seat, we do have a soft squeak on the dash around the clocks section and when u wiggle it the whole things squeaks......with all the little things I'm picking up on at the moment I'm putting down as character because if I don't it's just going to get on my tits.......overall the car is great and we are happy it's just that I was hoping for a better bolted together car overall than the 12 plate fiesta zetec it replaces.....but to be honest it's not... :( shame really

Slightly different note but I take it the roofs are wrapped on the Monte's? as I picked up a stone chip and it's taken away the wrap to reveal a red roof underneath fecking cheap skates, I was under the impression that the roof was painted (there I go again assuming things lol) I'm bit ****ed off if I'm honest

I use Dodo juice, Purple haze the car comes up awesome....

I'll see what the dealer says when we go down......they look a whole lot better in black, did they charge u for that..???

Gave it a wee wash this afternoon.....it comes up a treat this red.....
