Filling up my screen wash tonight and it all poured out from the engine tray!! So looks like its a bumper off hobbies! I've got headlight washers as well so that's the 5.5 l tank I need! I can't find 1 anywhere, has any1 else found or replacd there one?

That is my intention, so is the EGR delete only necessary if modding? I plan to maintain the car and tidy it up! My wife drives the car all week so performance is not a priority at all! The car has full Skoda service history and I will hopefully keep this up, I have saved the 'what oil' thread on here as a favourite already!

I have 55 PLATE VRS, asz engine, would you guys recommend regarding the two items above!? Do I need the egr delete mod or dmf blank? The car will not be remapped, reliability is important to me as I am not mechanicaly minded at all! Im also wondering if I have a facelifted car or not? I know there was an engine change to blt but was this part of the facelift? I can take a pic of the boot floor sticker tonight if that helps? p.s. I have searched extensively on this forum but cannot find much info or a precise answer to my question.

I am not tied to AG products, the HD wax is £30!! Is there anything that anyone else uses that they can personally recommend? Could anyone recommend anything cheaper? It was extra gloss protection that I applied. (hope this is a wax haha) I am probably being paranoid but I really want this to stay looking smart!

would another layer of wax be a good idea? The car is driven on country roads the majority of the time.

I cleaned my car last week using the following stages - attempted snow foam wash using wash and wax dry wet car down and use g3 clay mitt (lubricated each panel separately and also the mitt) worked very well dry AG super resin polish 1 coat AG wax 1 coat My question is how should I clean my car this weekend? it is dirty already so will not be good at all on Saturday, do I need to wash, polish and wax again? or just wash and wax? My wallet is empty already haha! I got it on Friday and have washed it twice already! gunna build up a few layers of wax and hopefully keep it presentable!

Affordable to buy in the first place, good support network, economical to run, 5 door practicality in a hatch, to me the interior (seats and dash) are better tan the rivals from seat and vw!

Well after a few weeks of waiting I finally bought a vrs, very pleased with it at the mo. Feels great to drive, very solid compared to the fiesta its replaced. Its due a service in July and if funds allow this will take place at the local skoda dealer to maintain the full skoda service history. If you have any pointers or tips please chip in, I live in Faversham Kent so any local owners or forum members nearby? I don't have any plans to modify it at all as it is a standard car and my wife drives it a lot also I have no money haha!

Thanks for the tips, i found the prices on eurocarparts website, I know they often have xx% off products via discount codes. I like that the car has them, and its not going to stop me buying just wanted some info. The car has a fairly high spec, so I expect there will be some elec maintenance needed (sunroof, heated seats, lights)
