Basically you have to drive like a nutter and really really commit to bends to get any sort of lift of over steer. I have experienced it very rarely for this reason on public roads. Roundabouts are the safest place to get the hang of the handling characteristics. But generally dont worry about it - it wont effect every day brisk driving much at all - just make the car more planted and stable around twisties.

Yes to get rid of a bit of dust after a short journey you would need to : -pre wash foam with power washer -2 bucket wash by hand no power washer or foam -claying -polishing -Glase -sealant -Wax :think: Or just get a decent detailing spray and a soft micro fibre cloth and give it a quick wipe over?

Happened on full chat going up a hill. Turned out to be just the boost pipe come off. Phew! Any fixes for this happening? Would any damage have been caused from it coming off and driving 1 mile slowly with it off?

Hey all. Looking forward to C.C on Sat! I was just wondering what pressures you tend to use for a track day? (Fabia Vrs) Would you up the pressure or lose a bit over standard road pressures?

lower it ! eibach did a test on a car (cant remember which one) and when lowered with their springs it showed an increase in fuel econemy by 7% - mainly due to the reductuion of underbody turbulences. Would also improve handlebar and looks. Only possible con is the ride might be slightly firmer.

after a simple remap the vrs is faster for sure purely because of its turbo. and not all 2.0 elegance had rear electric windows - mine didnt.

Yeh only 20 bhp and some 100 ft lbs or torque Vrs is faster sorry. Gap widens even more after a remap.

My last fabia car was a 2.0 fabia . yes 115 standard and with a repam from amd it had 130 bhp. I also did panen filter and pd160 intake after so may have been slightly more.it was nippy but not fast. got 40mpg roughly. Not a bad car but no Vrs.
