During the hot weather the gas struts on my boot have got really stiff. Not had this issue on a car before Has anyone else had this issue. Should I be asking for new struts under warranty.

There are lots of threads on here talking about software updates. Most of which seem to be return to dealer. With a service due in 2 months I don't plan to take it in before this. However is there a website where I can check what updates are available for my car that should get done when it goes in.

Already have the camera positioned and did decide to drill. I have it above the numberplate just to the left of the boot release and drilled begin the numberplate. Drilled through and used a rubber grommet and sealent to make it water tight.

Just purchased a mirror dash cam which supports reversing guide lines and rear view when the red wire is connected to the reversing lights. Camera works great and would like to connect up the reversing function. Any ideas how to access the rear of the light cluster or any where else I can get access to the reversing signal. No obvious access panel but guess with LED lights they don't expect you to need access.

All looked good to start with but now seeing a couple of issues. 1) When I get a call and answer it I can't hear the caller but they can hear me. 2) I have no data connection. When car connects to Wifi then I loose mobile data as well. Not sure if these are car or phone related. Can anybody confirm if this is the same for them and state what phone they are using. Mine is Huawei P20 Pro

Thank for the help. Tried again tonight and it's as you describe. Speed setting seems to change the sensitivity to amount of rain.

Thought I tried this but it just seemed to be the normal intermittent wipe. Does the position of the intermittent speed lever matter? Am I expecting the wipe frequency to change depending on how heavy the rain is. Will try again next time it rains.

I have now had my SE 1.5 for three days. This morning it raining but nothing from the wipers. They are set to wipe when rain is detected in the settings. Is there an auto position as I can't find anything in the manual just says to set it in the settings.

No Android 10 running on a Huawei P20 pro with all the latest updates.

Picked up new SE model last night. Set up android auto using usb. When I got in the car this morning my suprise when it offered me android auto phone still in my pocket. Wireless working no issues.

Very slightly off topic but can anyone confirm if the USB port in the mirror is a permanent live or does it go off when the ignition is off.
