Stream music via bluetooth
kjaybVrs replied to kjaybVrs's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk II (2004 - 2013)
Tried that's as I thought might of been something that's simple...but my phone presets 3/4 volume so even tuning it up to full made no difference -

Hi guys Change my Belaro to a columbus having trouble with playing music via Bluetooth... it worked on the belaro no problem and works fine on columbus in the same way as not being able to change track as belaro doesn't do that... If I change bluetooth setting on columbus to be able to control the phone to change tracks via car I get info of track on the screen and can change track but no sound comes out. Change back to just basic streaming and works fine... anyone help with this... This setting works fine so sound This setting allows me to change track on screen and timer but no sound

Hi all Have few questions to asked just fitted a columbus to my 2011 ocy VRS.. Where can I but the correct surround from ant find them on ebay andy idea and how much? I do have the climate control which changes the surround. Where have people put the GPS antenna?I've fitted mine by the front interior light just pushed it in the headlining. The only other question is... now I have columbus and Bluetooth I should be able to play music throught the bluetooth like I did with the belaro but with the added feature of being able to change tracks from the car not the phone... so once I connect the play music via Bluetooth on the screen comes up with track that playing on my phone and time counting down to the end of the track and I can also change the track on the screen or steering wheel but for some reason I have no sound on either phone or car but when I set it to a basic bluetooth I get sound but can't change track etc please help stuck with this also pictures attached Thanks in advance

So after fitting HID and cancellers to my 2010 octy VRS I've taken them out.. trying to code them in with VCDS I seem not to have any of the options everyone else has all that it states is bi-xenon with shutters and that's it think there 24 byte and 30 byte module mine the 24...so they were flashing on beam so fitted cancellers which sorted this our but then one bulb would randomly switch off and warning light would come on... no idea on how to get them to work shame as looked much better so now finding there way to the bin

Thanks for the heads up mate...we used vcds but didn't actually need to code anything just worked straight away just need to cancellers... it was weird as following threads on how too mine had none of the same byte or bits very strange
