did you try a 0 - 100kph before fitting the box or are you working on the book figures. I would say you need to play around with it as you may not need it on highest setting for your set up.

Ah that makes sense. Also when I was cleaning my wheels, it had an logo stamped into the tim of ATS. Is that the same manufacturer who makes the ATS cups?

I cant see anything in the arch when on full lock as that was my first thought. Garage were happy with the fitment and the garage yesterday were too.

Sorry yes the alignment is all sorted now. The tyres were all at their recommended pressures. when i put on the spare, the tyre monitor did ping up on the dash as the pressures were different so i know that was working too.

Tbh i dont really drive it much as i have the peugeot, My other half said that the car didnt seem to stay straight and she was always correcting it but only told me once i found the problem. She isnt really much of a car person and all cars feel the same to her.

garage said that the tracking alignment was out by quite a way and to monitor it over the next couple of weeks. When i took it for the original tracking, i did ask them to check over the suspension and check it was all ok before they did the alignment. Happy now it has been sorted but just out of luck i was taking the wheels off

the garage said that the alignment had been done when i took it in just after lowering it but obviously not. I am going to call them on tuesday to ask if it was actually done. Alignment is all set now and happy days.

went for some cheap event tyres as that is all they had in stock in the 205 size. I tried 2 other garages and they both said they could sell me 215/40 but only as a set of 4. Didnt want to spend much on them as need to save the pennies for the baby which is due next month

Decided yesterday i would give the car a well deserved wash. BUT ended up like this Because of this. Had to get the tyre changed ASAP as needed the car that evening. Both the front tyres were like this on the insides. £150 later and car is back and feels a lot better for it.

3/5/15 Was hoping to purchase my RARB bar this month but another rather more important issue arose. Car ended up like this Because of this £150 later i had 2 new tyres and 4 wheel alignment and car now feels a bit straighter.

Yh just brings a bit of colour. I found because the headlining is black, dash is black, vents black and with tints made it quite dark. All I need now is a new steering wheel to finish it off

I bought replacement door handles off a guy from uk eBay for £15 posted for all for. I searched high and low for air vents with silver surround and my local dealer said it was no longer available to buy. I sourced these from eBay in Germany for 36 euro posted.

Hi, Could someone please colourcode my front upper grille so it is the same as body colour. I have the black pack on the car so want to see what it looks like.

I had a replacement engine in September, I can confirm it was a new engine but skoda cant tell me if it has had all the necessary upgrades i.e oil squirters. The dealer told me that there was no need to replace the cat as it wouldn't have caused any damage to it. I got told that my warranty even on the new engine runs out with the manufactures warranty in the Oct, but I am currently in talks with Skoda about this. The dealer gave me an invoice of what was fitted which included a 'base engine', oil, some gaskets. The engine had all new spark plugs but that was it. Had to return to dealer as they didn't put enough coolant back in. Was told DVLA do not need to be notified as the engine was the same size etc. I questioned this as it will have different serial stamp and they said it was all sorted. They wrote up the service book as if it had a normal routine service, no mention of a new engine and was told next service is in 12,000 miles at my expense.
