    Update for center vent there are 8 clips that need pulling in 4 on the top and 4 on the bottom and a right pain to remove unless all clips are pulled fully down into retracted position (Maybe best to make it a 2 person job) once you have all clips pulled down it will pull out with a tool as above, I made the tool out of and old thin screwdriver. Regards Charles ps the link above to Aliexpess is the wrong part for my mk3 Octavia as the center switch housing is different shape
