  1. I know where the leak is coming from The little clip that connects the plastic pipe onto the washer motor thingy before the little 90 degree bend under the brake light How do I go about replacing this does anyone have a part number or a fix as I have tissue paper wrapped round it atm.-.-

Basicly you have normal aa cover with extra's e.g relay which is recovery anywhere in the UK Stay mobile which is courtsy car while your car is in the garage Breakdown repair cover when ur car brakes down if AA cannot repair the car at the road side they will recover it to either an AA approved garage or a VAT registered garage off your choice Once the fault is diagnosed the garage ring aa tell them the fault once aa approve the work then the garage will fix the car and all you pay is £35 excess Cost about £22 a month and AA contrabute up to £500 in repairs if it's more then u have to add the diffrence
  4. You can get the dpf removed and leave the casing as the mot is only a visual inspection If u get the section cut out and install a streight pipe like a de cat then it will fail mot

Today I borrowed a hex cable of a friend to see if i could code xenons without getting into anyone's Way Before installing luckily I checked to see if the settings were available I clicked 09 central electric Got to coding helper Byte 2 bit 2 cold lamp was ticked Now on byte 3 there was nothing for bit 4 There was a list of 1-7 if I remember correctly with a missing space for bit 4 xenons without shutters I been told from a fellow member to get the pArt number of anyone's central convenience module that comes up when u click 09 central electric and compare it to mine as they think mine might be an older model as my car us a early 54 2005 octavia mk2 1.9 any help appriciated

  8. Ok I found the byte But on byte 3 there is no option for bit 4 xenons without shutters?

Managed to borrow a Ross tech cable off a mate I'm trying to code in xenons I know what to do How do I select byte 2 :S I open vcds do the test click 09 - cent electric Where is byte 2 for cold lamp diagnostic ?? Never used before so I don't know Edit : car is a 2005 skoda octavia mk2 1.9 pd105

  11. If you have AA breakdown repair cover then nothing If not then best part of 400 supply and fit, that's what I was charged on a pre fl from a independent skoda specialist
  12. I hope you coded the hid via vcds because the last thing you won't is your wiper motor to go boom
  13. The eBay link you have put up won't work with stream as I have tried it For that connection u need to buy a stream mp3 with code If you do not wish to do this search for a connect 2 via eBay this will allow aux on a stream head unit as I have been told

  16. Can someone tell me My car is a 2005 octavia II 1.9 what do I have to do on vcds ? Is it just untick the cold lamp thingy and tick xenons without shutters and that's it
  17. Had a look at all of them Personally I would get some h&r springs with some beilstein shocks depends what you are using the car for and if u have a drop height in mind yet Coil overs I belive give a stiff ride Someone will correct me if I'm wrong
