check you fuses first , properly , the screen washer is likely 100 percent the fuse top right fuse 22 value 7.5

i bet your fuse has gone

just fixed mine , looks like the fuze went when I hit the control when car was frozen. top right fuze 22 value 7.5

happend to me 18months ago as well , some real low quality cost cutting went into the mk3

i had same issue , i prised off the silver ring around the switch and blasted into it all around with contact cleaner a few times over a day. seemed to have fixed the issue .

no there isnt , they are near double the price of the smaller ones . why do you think im going this route ? for insurance reasons i want to stay within specified sizes for the car, but thanks for the info
