Check the picture thats what it says.ive done a little digging. and i reckon its the testin equipment or proceedure is out of date,so to speak. As above the newer models with a DPF is very clean...but why the need for an advisory i dont know...its very common if you google it. I thought it was an octavia dpf cheat thing,but this particular car had it deleted.but the others i read about were present.so goes to show they are the same without them. Given an advisory for it surely is a bad thing to do.

Been searching high and low for a decent VRS tdi cr170. And i come across one local ish. Did a mot history check and it had an advisory for being too clean,on emmissions? whats all that about? yes its had a DPF removal aswel. Stay clear? Is it the mot tester covering his bum because he knows its been done? Thanks

Oh brilliant! ill send it in then,when i actually find one lol. working on a guy local,he wants big money but it needs tyres (REAR) sawtooth comes to me.hunter tracking. also a cambelt overdue aswel...and a service...all things i dont mind doing if the price is right

TBH i reckon its a load of rubbish,so people who have had them tuned.get there tune erased and any future tunes blocked by new software. and i could be totally wrong lol. Im looking at getting a VRS But ive found out there is a noisey pd170 and Smooth CR170. id like the CR170 but my problem is how do i tell. What year did they start prouducing them. Id love the mk2.5 if you get me.is there a particular name for the headlights.like a subaru "blobeye" ect ect. Thanks
