I'm owning Superb MY2016 with Columbus + HIGH2 (MIB2) Have anyone succeed to retrofit 3VD920790A (3V0920790A) in MY 2016? Most of the Chinese shops are differentiating for a models up to 2019 to be sued part without A at the end , and afterwards to have one with A. A local retrofit-er here mention that parts with A at the end are still using old security module and can be fitted in a model year before 2019. The difference according his words is extra menu with tachometer to A ending model. Feeling a bit confused about which one is correct to obtain. non A models are significantly more expensive.

Would be grateful is someone can point me to an video or manual how to pull out the buttons. Already try to lift the leather around the gear stick. But I'm afraid to use much force , don't want to get squeaking noise because of broken clips. Edit: Found it....

Recently I've been in the dealer. Since recently (after a year or so) it happen again just reported this abnormal behavior. Service engineer explain there is software update for infotainment system, so they applied it. Some menus look a bit different that make me believe it was not way to get rid of annoying customer. Will keep and eye and report if it reproduce again. BR

Nope, but will double check. Will ask the dealer for any possible updates of the s/w. The ""issue" here is more a strange behavior I've noticed and do not cause discomfort. I'm quite happy with the car at all.

Hi folks, Anyone suffer a random change (up one station in the list) of the radio stations when starting engine while start/stop was active? It happen twice or at least was noticed twice. Dealer claim it could be because of dirty touch screen and/or when its still cold in the car. In my case android auto was running and hands were not on the wheel so no way of a random touch of the screen eider of the wheel scroll.

One of mine get brocken too after several uses. Seems the quality is not a five star one. Surprisingly dealer replaced it under warranty.

Pick up the car after s/w update of the electric handbrake and AC. So far no difference. The dealer could not explain what was the "fix" for handbrake fixing...

Guys, last week booked a hour in our local dealer and the lady who was speaking with me said that there is an official recall for the electronic brake system. Checked the official site against the VIN of the car but there are no announcements about anything similar. Anyone know what is the change in the software related to brake?

Hi @simichoil, Not long ago I have spoken with the Euratek about same. Called twice and got 3 different statements ... Anyway when visited the dealer for the change of oil and filters they finally refuse to update the car. There are some workaround for the searching in Cyrillic. Had not been around for quite some to, so asking to beg me if the question already had been discussed. Question is quite simple, asked the dealer to update the software of the console, dashboard, navigation... as the language preferred for use is not available in My 2016, but included in MY2017. I received 2 answers in a single call. First was -Yes we can -We have no idea bring it to try. Somehow the idea to leave the car in the garage for experiments is not making me happy. Do anybody know is this "upgrade" possible? And if so, what is happening the custom settings (VCDS) already implemented.

Some update on this threat. Dealer replaced the top chrome strips of one of the doors, but refused to confess guarantee for the lower part of the strips. Claimed reason was wash reagent too corrosive, or atmosphere conditions lol . Most strange was that there were 6 superbs and all of them suffer in more or less part of the chrome desease, and only for that small lower chrome part. Even the representative of the dealer confess its no sense as obviously materials used for both parts are different and surely one have pure coverage protection.
