Hi - bump for ideas please?

After the help in the topics earlier and the advice followed a new problem has come to light, which is that the fan doesn’t come on immediately when you want it to? I can still get variable speed and temperature but just it can occasionally take 3-4 minutes before the fan will come on. Very frustrating at this time of year - none more so than when I had to do the 2am rush to the hospital with wife in labour on the first night there was ice inside the car! thanks in advance
