Hi, I don’t think you can buy it separately but you could repair it yourself, It’s PA66 plastic hard enough not to break. it’s not breaking easily try to find the reason why it’s been damaged. Test the multi pin connector at the back of the lock if they work properly. See the pictures one of those female connector wasn't work probably that’s y it damaged the gear.

Anyone has a short cut for this solution, or a good instruction to repair it?

I answer my own question in case someone have the same issue: opened the lock, dismantled it, a plastic gear was damaged, repaired installed the gear and installed the lock works great.

Hi everyone! my Skoda Superb opens the boot’s door (the lid) after 5 seconds by itself. When I lock the latch with screwdriver on the boot’s door the operating mechanism moves to the right pulling the Tightening arm down, Just after 5 seconds that operating mechanism moves back to the left by itself and the tightening arm comes up (opens the boot’s door) but the hatch on the upper side remains locked until I press on the lock switch or by remote fob. When I close the boot and go sit in the car, it opens by itself so I need to drive with open boot, the boot is not coming up but it’s loose and makes noise. I can’t understand what’s the problem Anybody Has any clues thanks a lot

Hi, I’ve got a skoda superb, it makes a noise when I start it in the morning only for the first time. It is rattaling for a few seconds then gets back to normal I uploaded a video if it would be ok for anyone to check. I recently replaced my cam belt. Because it only rattle in the morning for a few second for the first time when I start so when I take the car to the garage they start it and says that it’s normal. Yes, I can see that, cus I drive about 70 miles everyday. The car drives very light and fast now. The cooler temperature reaches 90• only in 7 minutes drive.(temperature outside 13•) oil temperature reaches 90• in 13 minutes drive. Fan rests a bit now unless it’s for dpf. Than you

Hi, got exactly the same problem with skoda Superb 2.0 diesel 2015, DSG, CFGB, it was happening last winter but during the summer been fine, never happened until 2 days ago when the weather drops down a bit. The coolant stays on 70 to 75 and the oil temperature stays between 67to 80 with the fan running. Yesterday when I started the car the engine light came on I traveled about 150 miles on motorway the coolant oil never reached to normal. This morning when I started the car it all the same. ive searches for the part but never find any to fit this car, Any advice pls thanks a lot

Hi, it happened to my skoda Superb last year in the winter, sometimes the fan turned on as well oil temperature stays between 70 to 88, water temperature stays between 60 to 70, during the summer it’s been ok no problem at all but 2 days ago when the weather was a bit cold it happened again for a few times during the day. Yesterday when I started the car, engine sign came on, I traveled 150 miles the oil and water temperature never reached to normal and the engine sign stayed on. On the way back all the same engine light on, temperatures stayed low. Any help or advice. Thanks
