  1. “It is available for vehicles equipped with the top infotainment systems based on the third-generation Modular Infotainment Matrix.” I have Columbus on my 2018 Edition - is that third generation?
  2. But, although it works on an iPhone, trying to download the manuals on my iPad crashes the app!
  3. Ureka! (is that how you spell it?) Went to digital services or something like that and agreed to conditions and can now download the manual. They could have made it easier to find it. Thanks for the tip Mr Baker!
  4. Not on mine I'm afraid!! The dots just give me "edit shortcuts", "rename vehicle" and "remove vehicle". Pretty useless as it stands really!
  5. Having made the mistake of downloading tnis app, all I seem to be getting is a picture of my Karoq, a route planner and a map of Skoda dealers. Is that it? No electronic manual or anything else? Seems a waste of time at the moment unless anyone can tell me I've missed something?
  6. Do you know if you got the new version of key that turns itself off after a period of inacivity?
  7. When I bought my Karoq just before lockdown 1, amongst the pack of paperwork that was generated by the dealer was a "service history certificate". This showed that the car came with a service plan and showed a policy number and the provider - VWFS. I'm getting no reply from an email address I found online so I was wondering if anybody has such a plan themselves and can give me an email address or 'phone number that works? I probaly should have done it earlier but I'm trying to get the plan transferred to my name. Thanks in anticipation.
  8. Just to add a bit of balance perhaps, my 2018 Karoq Edition has just warned me that the fob battery needs changing so the system seems to be working ok on mine. Fingers crossed!
