Hi everyone, just drove home from work, and this strange noise coming from engine, any ideas it's a chocky clock sound, it's a 66 plate vrs, iv put a very ruff video of it, try and hear past the engine noise 👍

My 08 Octavia air con unit flashing lights, more of a nuisance, turn ignition on then off, go to front of engine you here a high pitch whine, once stopped all perfect any suggestions.thanks
