So I'm back again, still no skoda but I've found this is still one the best forums for replies/responses etc in my experience.. so hopefully if I have any questions you guys will be able to help Some picture and 'build' updates below; When I first got it .. 2011 VW Passat B7 2.0 TDI To how she looks now .. so far she has had; window tints 18" 3sdm alloys debadged rear tinted tail lights LED DRL's stainless exhaust tips DPF & EGR delete with stage 1 remap.
-
well been a while since any updates, been busy driving it! .. had a four wheel alignment done and fitted an s-line valance, i think boot lip spoiler of some sort and new exhaust is next for the rear .. still probably going to go down the black mirrors and roof option at some point too
-
contemplating black wing mirrors and roof.. unsure though
-
so I (finally) got round to fitting my coilovers.. think I need to raise the front just slightly as I get scraping over bumps and have to crawl over speed bumps.. well happy with the looks though, makes such a difference.
-
this looks like it could be made to fit, looks similar in terms of the right bends.. what you think? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/230661450653?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

i cannot for the life of me find any aftermarket boost pipes or a hardpipe kit for the 1.9 TDI BKE engine in my A4 B7.. can anyone help?
-
anyone wanting to swap some 19s for these 18 genuine audi ronals? all four tyres have good tread on .. 5x112 fitment
-
powerflex snub mount!
-
decat fitted and remapped. I'm happy with those numbers, not sure what else I could do for more power without spending big money, so it will probably just be cosmetics and handling from now on.. I have ordered a powerflex snub mount, heard they make an unbelievable difference putting the power down ..

just a small update, still booked in for a remap on wednesday .. black rings and tinted tail lights, i think it needs an s-line colour coded diffuser and better exhaust tips to finish off the back end
-
replaced the alternator pulley yesterday, and booked in for a remap next wednesday with Armstrong Performance, formally known as 'the diesel doctor' .. will post the results afterwards, in the mean time.. heres another photo haha
-
as above, any reccomendations for a remap in the north east of england? i live in gateshead but dont mind a little bit of travel
-
alternator pulley looks like it may be a garage job unfortunately .. but i got the rs4 style grill and splitter fitted to the bumper and put the car back together this morning..
-
also managed to do the oil and filter change.. old oil was horrible, thick and jet black! unfortunately the dipstick tube broke so ill have to nip to audi tomorrow or sunday to get a new one, looks like a clean break atleast
-
got some work done today.. got rid of all the crap and fitted my EGR delete
-
my EGR delete from the other side of the pond arrived as well! much quicker than i expected, so i can get rid of the EGR and EGR cooler over the weekend hopefully
-
does anyone have experience with the comline, or borg & beck fuel filters? are they ok to use on my 1.9 tdi bke?
-
not much progress this week.. although I've stock piled a few things which I intend to get done this weekend, which are.. oil and filter change, alternator pulley bearing, RS4 style debadged honeycomb grill & Cupra R splitter for now I just gave it a good clean though! It's booked in for a full detailing on the 8th of Feb with my mate who runs his own business
-
filthy air filter replaced ..
-
today i went and got the rear windows tinted 20%.. then i replaced the front discs and pads, old rotors were a pig to get off! few pics old rotors new rotors and pads
-
just a few maintenance jobs over the last few days.. new wipers & a new cabin filter.. while i was there though i checked out the EGR, it was so built up inside, im surprised the car still ran! .. but i gave it a good clean out, and since these BKE engines have a strange set up and cant readily buy deletes, i knocked up some card templates which ill get made up asap
-
started the LED take-over .. interiors done, will hopefully get round to the plate and sidelights tomorrow.. as well as fitting new wiper blades hopefully
-
yeah i will be dropping it slightly, just for cosmetics though so will just go for JOMs or FK coilovers.. nothing too expensive
