  2. My car is finally at the dealership and it's now due to be delivered on the 1st March. Thought I might as wait the extra 2 weeks for the new 17 reg. So overall wait is 1 day short of a full 6 months. I better order my next one a year before this one's lease is due to end.
  3. From surveys shown in UK car magazines, Skoda and Lexus seem to have the best dealers and Seat and French car dealers seem to have the worse. The new head of Seat has acknowledged that their dealerships need to improve.
  4. Yes, as far as I know the new Tiguan, Seat Ateca and the new Yeti II all share the same platform.
  5. Similar to mine but I'm on £130 p.m. and deposit is 3 months upfront. Cheaper than yours but yours is the more expensive L&K whereas mines a Monte Carlo plus I'm having to wait 6 months for mine.
  6. Probably more like the Kodiaq, this is Auto-Expresses prediction: http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/skoda/yeti/91163/new-skoda-yeti-suv-to-get-sharper-looks-and-more-space
  7. Wow, that is cheap. What's the deposit and mileage allowance on your lease?
  8. Thanks for the info. Makes sense but still other MC orders seem to be fulfilled within 3 months, 4 months maximum. After over 5 months of waiting I'm still waiting for mine. I'm thinking the official photos of the new Yeti will be released before I even get my Yeti from Fleetprices.co.uk I would advise anyone whose thinking of placing an order for a new vehicle to go with a main dealer rather then use these online leasing companies.
  9. That's still better then my dates. Mine still hasn't even been built yet. It's certainly something I'll remember when I take out my next lease in 2 years time.
  10. Happy New Year all, It's 2017 and I'm still waiting for my Yeti ordered on the 2nd Sept'16 from Fleetprices.co.uk
  11. I was just about to cancel my order but have now been told the build date has been moved from Week 6 to Week 2. Hopefully it'll move forward again.
  12. I just ordered a 1.2 Petrol Monte Carlo DSG in red with no options at all. This is why I think they have given my car to someone else as it's a standard car.
  13. Thanks, that's very interesting. I do think the supplying dealer has given my car to someone else and re-submitted a new order for my car as the 4 month timescale seems more normal. It would explain why my early December date got pushed so far back all of a sudden. I wonder how many sales Skoda lose due to these delays.
  14. It shouldn't take 2 months to get it to you after it's been build. A 5-6 week build after order sounds very suspicious to me. Please let us know on here when you do take delivery of it. Thanks!
  15. Wow, all seems so variable even for those of us who have ordered in the last couple of months.
  16. Hi all I just wanted to know how long people who ordered a new Yeti waited for it? I ordered 1 on the 1st September (on lease) and was told delivery would be Mid-December but now they have changed it to the end of February. So 6 months in all and as it's supposed to be a Winter car it's not exactly ideal timing. In fact it's been so long that they no longer are selling the standard Yeti, with only the Outdoor now being sold.
