My local dealer said it would need a diagnostic. I asked what it entailed, they didn't know. I asked what/how many components they would need to check, they didn't know..... 😳😳😳

It is 4.5 years old with 110K miles. Just haven't been using heater or AC over last few months as mild weather do got by with open windows. When using, either heating or cooling, I do use AC.

Good afternoon all. After not using my heater/blower for a couple of months. Turned on last week and aircon was blowing 'tepid' air. Have been to dealer this morning. They did a regas, confirming there were no leaks. Unfortunately has not cured the problem. They want to book in for a 'diagnostic' but cannot tell me what they will do or what they suspect can be wrong !! Has anybody had similar issues they may be able to give me some pointers towards please ??

Have emailed Skoda UK to clarify whether OCU battery affects satnav.

I am finding it hard to think that a) this has failed as still have SOS functionality and b) I fail to see how this battery has anything to do with GPS ??

Unfortunately now out of warranty. My thoughts were going GPS only first up. Is there any 'coding' to the vehicle required or just swap over plug and play ??

Afternoon all. My Enyaq was at main dealer this week for a number of things, one being the satnav playing up. When stationary, e.g. lights, roundabout etc for a period of time, the nav locates OK. As soon as vehicle starts moving, the nav goes off on it's own losing the correct location. The dealer stated (not sure how they tested) it needed a new GPS aerial and OCU battery. Could possibly understand an aerial but my belief is the OCU battery is for the emergency call system ?? The price to do this is nearly £800 !!! The dealer justifies this by saying the OCU battery replacement requires the dash to be remove, hence a lot of labour charge. Anybody have similar experience and get sorted by same or alternative method please ??

Had already done this. Car still doesn't wake up in response to pre set charge...

Have you managed to resolve this as I am currently having the same issue at my daughter's house with EON and Project EV. Never had an issue with Rolec and OVO at my last house...

Hi. I have a 2021 Enyaq, OE71EYO. At my previous property, I was using a Rolec charger, with the supplied app turned off, the Skoda settings turned off, and used the app supplied by the energy company OVO to control the timed overnight charging. This worked (mostly !!) well fir 3 + years. I am currently staying with my daughter. She has a Project EV charge unit with accompanying app. The energy supplier is EON. I have not been able to set up a successful pre set charge, either through the Project EV app, or car settings/app. Last night, it was confirmed that the EV app was set up for a 'plug and charge' setting, delayed to start at 00.01. I went to the car to watch what happened. At 00.01 the charger 'kicked in' to start a charge but charging didn't start. As soon as I opened the Skoda app on my phone, charging commenced, presumably opening the app woke the car. The charger appears to not wake the car up, although this was ok at my previous property. Have you any suggestions please ??

Morning all . Apologies for a bit of a long winded description of an Enyaq charging issue.... I charge my Enyaq at home. I do have the Skoda app installed and communicating with the car but my charging is 'controlled' by our energy supplier app, OVO. This app tries to charge the car with 'greener' electric when it is cheaper/cleaner during the night. Recently, 3 times in last few weeks. I have cgeythe charging (whilst up for a wee !!) and the charge light has been pulsing between red and green instead of pulsing green. The charge rate was 1kwh instead of the standard 7kwh. Literally unlocking the car, unplugging/replugging the cable resolves the issue with normal charging resumed. Anybody have/had similar?? Any ideas please?? TIA for any assistance. Paul
