Oh it's the new VRs i ordered..

Only extras with mine were the winter pack plus and spare wheel, was advised yesterday it's at the dealership and have arranged collection for Saturday morning.. Very excited now, can't wait to see it in the flesh.

Received an update Wednesday this week advising the new car is now on the ship and en route to the UK. Should be in port today and i'm hoping to collect next week ..

I ordered my new vRS on the 10th Feb and was told 8-10 weeks for delivery. Got an email on Wed last week advising the car had now been built and had left the factory but it would be a few weeks yet before it arrives at the dealership.. Hoping it will be ready to collect at the end of the month or the first week in April...

Hi all, I recently sold my old 2016 vRS TDI estate and placed an order for a new vRS estate in pearl black. Was notified today that the car has been built and left the factory so hoping i'll only have to wait a few more weeks for delivery.. Any idea how long it takes from leaving the factory to delivery?? I've also considered getting the car a good PPF coating as it's black and will show everything and give a good level of protection for the odd scratch, stone chip etc.. Has anyone else gone down the road of PPF coatings, is it worth the cost and any recommendations for installation? Many thanks..

I ordered a new Octavia vRS TSi x2 weeks ago and was told 8-10 weeks. Spoke to the dealer last week and was advised the build date was scheduled for the 10th March. No idea of the timeframe from build to delivery though…

Having recently done a great deal in a new vRS my lovely 2016 Octavia vRS estate TDi is up for sale. It’s been absolutely bullet proof for the 8 years I’ve owned it having bought it from Marshall’s Reading as an ex demo. Bought in Dec 16 with 2500 miles it now has only 48500 miles. Comes with full main dealer (Marshall’s) service history and long MOT (Jan 26). Last service was a major, completed last week on the 10th Feb. It’s had all four 19” Xtreme wheels fully refurbished (and x2 new front tyres) in Dec 24 and new shocks (bilsteins) installed last summer. The Silicat expansion tank was also changed last year to remove the silicon bag in the old tank. Comes with Apple Play enabled, black pack and winter pack (heated screens and front seats, cruise control, lane assist, etc. Everything works as it should and I’ve had no issues with it for the 8years of ownership.. New car is scheduled for delivery in 8-9 weeks so ideally I’d like to keep hold of it for a little while although not a deal breaker. £13500

I’m sure this has been asked before but I need to replace the front pads on my 2016 Octavia VRS.. Any recommendations?
