Hi all, quick question on an old topic. I have a MIB2 Amundsen head unit which was using the standard 5E0 919 605 J 6" display. I've bought a replacement MIB2 Columbus display (5E0 919 606) but the blue plug doesn't fit. It looks as if it should with a bit of fettling (shaving off a tab) but can someone please confirm if it's compatible before I do this? @SashaGrace you seem to be the guru on this topic!

I'm looking to replace my MIB2 Amundsen screen with a MIB2 Columbus (5E0919606) I've seen a screen on ebay but the item description states "Only screen, no frame". Would I need a frame for this replacement, or will I have one from my existing Amundsen?

My car's in the dealership getting this issue fixed today - £250 for the microswitch replacement. Apparently not every gearbox is compatible with the switch replacement, there are some that do need the unit replacing for a much higher price.
