Having recently purchased a used Octavia which came through an auction to Ireland I had no service history but knew this dealer had some connection. Spoke to a fantastic lady in their service department who was incredibly helpful was able to provide all the info I required. Just sorry I didn’t get a name, thank you whoever you are.

I see from the owners manual about the kessys system. How can you tell if the car has it or not, having bought the car used. Thank you.

I recently purchased a 2014 Octavia estate. Do different models have different headlights? mine is a 2.0 tdi elegance with reflector lenses for the dip and heads. but I see from looking that some models have projectors. Why’s this?

Hello. Just bought a used 2014 2.0 diesel estate. can anyone advise what the timing belt interval is please. there was a printout from the previous owner (lease company) which shows the car has been serviced but does not give an actual breakdown to what has been done. any advice or help is appreciated, thank you.
