I had to fit a external mic for my Nokia hands free kit today. So I preceded to remove the stereo which included unplugging the connector at the back of the passenger airbag (off) light. Simple fact is most people that fit them are ignorant to the facts of setting them up right. But I'm not tarring yourself and others of a small minority that do actually care that its done correct. I believe that instead of teaching people to pass a driving test, they should teach them how to drive and operate a car properly. I've see so many people with the bulbs in correctly fitted or even the wrong type of bulbs in its unreal. Some people can't even change a tyre or top up the oil properly. Problem is legal or not 95% of the retrofits are not set up properly and it's totally unsafe for other road users. There will never be any chance of that percentage changing too so, its a thumbs down for me and a finger up to those that don't care about other road users safety. A DSG box will happily select N and go back into gear at and given speed apart from around 1-2mph until the selector lock goes off, but a touch of the brake pedal to put the green light out on the dash (selector lock) and it goes back in. I've not had leather for a while now so not really up with the times as such. Another good shout I'd HG (Hagasan) product for your house. The leather cleaner is great as is the conditioner if your leather type is ok as above they also do a 4 in 1 product for leather too. As with having a poverty spec SE I have the fake leatherette so the 303 dies the seats to even if they squeak for a day or two after. It brings them up a treat. Most VAG car are like this. Just after switching the ignition to the off position use the one swipe (1 push down on wiper stalk) this will put the in service mode and they will stay pointing upwards. If you change a water pump you never ever put an old belt back on. The belts not expensive in its own but it has to he taken off to change the water pump if its belt driven. Yip xenon don't project light any further forward on dipped beam, its just whats there is brighter/whiter light. The cut off just seam more noticeable due to the patch that lit being brighter. If you lifted the beam to see further down the road your essentially just making it in to a non dipped beam (full beam) hence the name dipped beam and we have a second set of bulb that aren't dipped for that don't we lol<br /><br /><br />Sent from my iPhone upside down, using Tapatalk whilst in a taxi rank<br />
