I said that i heard that 1969 dont fix thoose issue because already some installed manually but they said problem stays with thoose who did it manualy because components was not reset correctly and it has to be done with offically software odis or odin what is called.

I received from skoda factory that dealer need to perform first update to 1969. Because this update is also carrying fix for sound auto min to max and screen turning on / off.. So they need to perform update first if update dont fix issues they will change display.

I have issues where sound goes to max, auto turn on while car is locked. Service knows issue and they reported that they had already swaped some infotainments and they reported mine also to skoda to receive approve to change it, because of hardware issue. I have 1941 version, beceuse on 1889 there were another issues but with update i have now other.

Two days ago i had again sudden party mode with infotainment. Car was locked and infotainment was ON. While driving i was having mute, on/off, black screen etc. I notify my dealer that they had already update twice to 1941 and still issues happening, now waiting for their reply.

I have version 1941. Before that i was having 1869 if i am correct. My problems was: - navigation sometimes showing wrong location - restarting issues - car was locked and infotainment was on - radio station favorites keep mixing logos

Hi, What is your version of infotainment? I had same problems on version before 1941. I had update in skoda service in Ljubljana (PIA)

My friend and his girl both received 1941 as OTA. Mine was updated in skoda service.

I get this sound once very i applied to quick handbrake, here it was only to record sound which happen where pedals are and speed was just to move car very slow.

Yes first beep is alarm tone and in virtual cockpit i see handbreak is applied but when car stops we hear another sound. That sound worried me.

I have tried on different cars with automatic handbreak and never heard this noise. Also some times while driving there is some stange noise comming near pedals. Car is Skoda Octavia 2.0 DSG 2022. Does anybody have issues with second phone keeps disconnecting bluetooth arround every 10minutes? It started with 1941 update.

Are you using usb? Because this kind of issue is happening to me when i have usb for mp3 pluged in. When i un-plug it, and turn car off and lock it ane again unlock it and start it on issue is gone.

After almost 3 months of no problems with Infotainment, i had last week restarts by restarts. Guess i will have to call dealer again and to search for a new solution. Fix was: Remove USB, turn car off and turn back on. After that everything was back to normal.

Yes also in TPI it says that its good to have evidence for easier search if they can update to 1941. I have provide them videos and uploade it to wetransfer.

Since update to 1941 i dont have any issues with: - reboots - wrong navigation of my location - usb now knows where i turn off my car, so next time music start to play where it was - no random radio on when car was locked

Did you update it? I hadnt yet, because dealer just updated to 1941 2days ago. When i picked car i saw that i can update it already but i am waiting

Today i received update to 1941 by dealership in Slovenia. I had showed them TPI and they said that they have this TPI also and that they will update it and we will see if there will be any random reboots.

Thanks.. I will give them this TPI... I see that i should get update from service.. I have: -random reboots -wrong GPS location sometimes I have also all documented with videos for them.

What is TPI number? Because i will drive car to service in next days.. If they will nit deliver 1941 i will try to install by myself
