  1. Bump Does anyone have a dump of their basic settings? Thanks
  2. I’ve done something to the settings of the deck lid using OBD11 and now there is no power whatsoever in the boot struts. I changed the boot struts with aftermarket ones from AUTODOC. The boot would operate but not open fully and would not latch completely shut. I figured it was a calibration type issue so so I went through changing settings, got lost, then reset counters, etc to try to get back to a working boot. Things got worse and now no power at all. The boot button now just opens the boot, no power, I have to lift and close manually. The close button doesn’t work , the remote fob doesn’t work, the button in the cabin doesn’t work. Any ideas?
  3. Ive had my 2017 l&k 150bhp 2L diesel almost from new and this happens very occasionally. I put it down to a couple of things Impatience on my behalf, I get in start the car and go. Instead I should wait for the glow plug light to extinguish, and let car warm up a bit Low battery, issue almost completely stopped shortly after getting a new battery
  4. Update: I rang around a few dealers today to enquire about this part. The latest revision now is D so the code now reads 03L 906 051D £104.76 ea. but apparently it doesn't require any coding/adaptation with your vehicle.

  6. Hi I cleared the fault easily with OBD11 and curiously it hasn't come back despite the state of the sensor. My concern is more about the ECU losing track of the DPF status if I just go ahead and swap sensor. Some say that not only does it need adaptation but if you don't do this before you start your car you have to buy a new sensor. I'm hoping none of that applies but need to be sure before I attempt a DIY sensor change. £70 for the part from ECP but it'll probably be double that at Skoda, fitted.
  7. Yeah maybe but I've seen posts showing OBD11 with this feature but when I look on my OBD11 connected to my car the feature is missing. Others report similar but no one seems to know why, so I am none the wiser. Ta.
  8. Hi I have a 2017 Superb Diesel LK and I had a cam belt change at a dealer about a month ago. 2 weeks later I get a engine light on the dash and after using OBD11 it pointed me to the DPF particle filter pressure sensor. Semi melted mess as you can see in the picture. If I changed this sensor do I need to do anything else? I can't see a setting in OBD11>Engine>Basic Settings>Adaptation of diff pressure sensor particulate..... Others have seen this but after some research I conclude one of the following is true 1. My car is 2017 and therefore the above doesn't apply 2. I need to fit the new sensor first then perhaps the item shows up on the app TIA. I don't really want to take it to a dealer as its a simple part to change but will if I have to.

  10. I forgot to mention the stabilising rods that were recommended to change , that was part of the Eurocar part bill
  11. Monroe DCC Shocks were £130 each from GSF, (£260 total) Springs, top mount, bearings, dust covers, came to about £330 from Eurocar parts. I couldn't see how I could do it much cheaper tbh, I think it must be inflation since you did yours last.
  12. Do you have a description or part number for the Allen key? I have the spreader tool to get the shock out of the strut ( unless you mean something else)? I got this list from my local dealer but sourced the parts from elsewhere for obvious reasons. Actually not everything, I got top strut mount with bearing, springs, shocks, dust covers, and stabilising bars, think about £600 so far , plus about £200 worth of new tools. I assume the buffer is the foam stop you mentioned
  13. Yeah warranty long expired on my 2017 L&K . It has DCC. I just went with the Monroe like for like replacement. I just need the torque wrenches, I have ball joint splitter, window wiper lifter, shock strut splitter, spring compressor. I think that's the lot from the video at least. I'll take my time but not too long as I don't have a spare car and I need it for work, so maybe start it over the may bank holiday and take some extra time off just in case I run into issues. Plus I will have a good read from the service guide you sent the link for. Thanks!
  14. Thanks! I watched a YouTube video here What do you think the toughest part of the job is please? Doing both sides too 😬😬😬
  15. Hi all Could someone point me in the direction of torque settings for Skoda Superb MkIII please? I need to change the front shocks. Will I need to buy a couple of wrenches? Halfords do 2 that covers 12-60 and 60-300nM. Don't want to buy both unless I need to. TIA
