Fabia Mk1 with Factory Sat Nav/Maxidot

An Elegance came into my work, reg was AJ56 UES, maxidot, satnav and heated seats, unfortunately no exterior pic but snapped a pic of the inside -
Mine are getting that way, they're still in one piece at the minute though. I assume you were able to remove the rear guards without removing the bearing assembly? I've read that Octavia vRS guards will fit the rear with slight modification to the mounting holes, I plan to attempt this. I've looked at some photos of the standard front guards and there's a bit that looks like it's able to be flattened, I think if i order another set of standard guards they should do the job.

Thanks for the reply! I was just wondering if anyone had ever fitted bigger splash guards on the front. The 323 mm discs will fit fine but I imagine the splash guards won't be guarding the 323 discs as well as the 288 discs.

I'm aware this is an old thread, I'm searching for some more information about the fitting of these LCR brakes. I have a set ready to be fitted and I'm wondering whether the standard splash guard/ panel from the Fabia will be adequate? I've looked at the fitting holes on the LCR guards and they seem to be in a different position. I then thought about the 6L Ibiza Cupra guards as that car runs the 4 pots with 312 mm discs, after some further research they use the same part number as the Fabia vRS. I suppose the standard guards would do the job sufficiently?
