We've got 2 Monte Carlos in the family and the 14 plate does a needle sweep on ignition start and the 12 plate does not. Could someone guide me to the adaption channel or Bit coding on 17 to enable it on the 12 plate please ? Both have maxi dot clusters, Ta in advance.

Hi, yes this is the one. As Ed's car is red, this is the look he wanted to achieve. Agree with you, the quality is normally very good as I had them on my RS3.

Hi all, One for the part number gurus amongst us.... is the part number for the Vrs rear spoiler the same as the one for the Monte Carlo please ? I only ask as I've bought a Maxton rear tip spoiler for Eds Monte and it seem too narrow to fit ????? It's listed for Vrs , but assumed they are the same Any help is greatly appreciated.

Definitely, shotblast and repaint and then replace anything worn 👍

Thanks guys for the replies. Plenty of Mk2 Vrs on eBay breaking, so will buy a complete beam and refurb as required. I'll keep you all posted .

Just been reading 32kofdata build thread and mighty impressed and stunning car. My question is can a Vrs rear beam be fitted to a Monte Carlo ? I only ask as in his thread it references that it is not possible but discs re standard on Vrs and Sport models. Thanks all in advance
