Worked in main dealers for Audi and VW 5 year apprentership in 80s. 10 years Porsche Centre rebuilding engines and gearboxes. 27 years working for very large European car manufacturer. Used to fit airconditioning systems to new Audi and VW cars on PDi back in 80s when A/C was rare in uk. Fitted electric and standard sunroofs too alongside normal dealer service and repair work. Spent 3 years of apprentership with electrician.Then two year course for IMI. Completed all Porsche Cars GB courses during training for new dealer in late 80s on until 97.
