I'm running 136bhp on stage 1. Induction and BOV fitted. You can get just under 140bhp if you also do a CAT back system. Mine is also lowered on a Bilstein B12 kit (B8 dampers with Eibach springs).

Mine is remapped to 138. Well worth it. Along with numerous other modifications.

Wheel off, and through the hatch in the arch is best way.

OEM one's are more than adequate. It's less than 140bhp when mapped 😁 Save your money for better things. Like servicing.

Just got a price for Fabia mk3 front pads (genuine part) £36.74 Inc vat. So will cost £290.80 for fitting 🤣 Nearly £300 an hour labour.... ANYONE who go's to a dealer for this or any other service on their car. Needs a kick up the ass wake up call... Dealers RIP YOU OFF .....

As said above. Stay well clear of the main dealer when needing parts fitted. Have a local mechanic fit them. Or better still. DIY. Front pads are so simple to fit.

Strange the 2017 1.2Tsi 110 Monte Carol (they never did the 90 in mk3) came with front parking sensors as standard. You can fit aftermarket but will not be able to configure into the cars Infotainment system. So will only work as stand alone aftermarket.

More people #ock things up on cars playing around with in death reprogramming tools like VCDS. Why these tools shouldn't (not really meant for public use) be used. Most of them purchased are dodgy clone tools and programs anyway.

Why CARISTA is much simpler to use when wishing to enable ALL the hidden features on the car plus lots more.

You can either remove fins or unit out of dash. Nothing else.

One little bar each side of the fin. Just pop one out and the fin will be loose.

It was an Add On that you had to tick for around £180. I just fitted an after market one that's half the price and much better than the OSM one.

I use the 35w HID kit from HidsDirect. Fitting HID into high beam is a big no. Start up time to full power is too slow. You cannot flash with them, and would bot light the road when you need them quickly enough.

MK3 hasn't got one touch windows. So stuck with holding the button. The wipe hasn't got a rain sensor. They are speed related only. Dash light. Sounds like you have P.K.E meter fitted. Look in your manual under Egon Spengler.

It's all a load of rubbish anyway. .. 1: Never take any notice what MPG your car is telling you. It lies. 2: Never take any notice of what the VAG tell you about your cars performance figures. They lie. 3: If your bothered about driving Green. Why are you driving a Fabia 😆

You get dreadful light scatter when messing around with reflector lens headlights. Will get poor cut off when using LED in Projector lens headlights (whe after market LED are pants). HID in Projector are the Dog's Dollis.. No issue with light scatter. And great cut off, sane as OEM.

VW Retro are one of if not the best at doing this. The parts you require are not cheap and it's not a simple job. £1000+ sounds right to have this done.

Hi. Yes illegal but I use them and replace for mot. I run LED in high beam, but light scatter isn't good. Much better light but light's up road and the tree tops lol. As for them in my low beam projectors. No... Took them out as dreadful. Just so bad. I use 5000k 35w HID units in low beam. HID run rings round ANY LED aftermarket bulb.
