LEDPerf Discount (Black Friday)
I guess this might be the only other option, but at least it should work with cheap bulbs! https://www.amazon.co.uk/LEDriving-Control-LEDCBCTRL101-messages-computer/dp/B00I409J9G/ref=asc_df_B00I409J9G/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=310623524536&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=10540087405790191150&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1006469&hvtargid=pla-430880351968&mcid=b6392566104c386d9ad6264399406dac&th=1 Still not sure though

These are certainly reassuringly expensive and there are a few of us looking for error free LED reversing light bulbs so if you find a source which works please will you share manufacturer's details

SE L front indicator bulbs
The ones I've seen advertised with resiostors cost in mid £20s so I guess you get what you pay for. Good luck with your next attempt and I'll follow with interest

SE L front indicator bulbs
Thanks for clarifying; I suspect that some of the more (much more) expensive LEDs advertised with in-built resistors may well do the job but prefer now to wait until I find someone who has succeeded where you and I have failed ....

SE L front indicator bulbs
Hi Stepday - what reversing light LED bulbs did you find that worked without tripping a Canbus error message; Ive tried a few different options but none that do the job without that screen warning

Change reversing light bulbs to LEDs
Those certainly look reassuringly expensive but I'm still trying other options at the moment - and I need wedge bulbs for the Kamiq, not bayonet, thanks
-
Dog owners - Kamiq large enough??
Labrador plus Terrier travel happily; use a proper fitted dog-guard

Change reversing light bulbs to LEDs
I think it's a case of you get what you pay for and anything under £20/pair isn't up to the job. Having said that I'd still like to hear a recommendation from anyone who has done it successfully 🕯️

Change reversing light bulbs to LEDs
Update! I've tried this usig what were sold as "CANBUS Error Free" LED bulbs; improvement in light output was exactly what I hoped BUT dashboard warning message "Check Reversing Lights" then came on so I had to revert to original filament bulbs to clear the faullt log. I thought this is what Error Free was meant to compensate for so may have to try other bulbs types

Change reversing light bulbs to LEDs
Has anyone done this yet as I could do with more/better light before winter? If so, what bulbs did you choose? Main issue seems to be just how much force is needed to twist and remove original bulb holder from cavity in boot lid

Reversing lights
I'm still interested if anyone can answer the original question then with what bulbs as that is precisely what I wish to do?

Kamiq -SE - No Sat Nav! Dog friendly?!
I'm an absolute convert to Google maps using USB connection and Android Auto; can't say how many time the live updates have helped and of course it is the same map settings as all my other Android or Google-using devices As for dogs we chose the Kamiq specifically to accommodate one boisterous black labrador plus one Norfolk terrier who over last 30 months have driven length and breadth of UK in comfort and safety. One piece of advice, get a bespoke dog guard

Brake disc rust/scoring
On that basis Allesandu, how can I not reply and hopeguly how could Skoda not support you ii,000 miles by the time I gave up on them but by then, car was completely undriveable due to massive juddering in rear wheels While it's trues to say rear brakes have less use than front I still say this is a ridiculously short life expectancy, but that too may be an inappropriate expression Good luck in everything

Brake disc rust/scoring
Exactly the same thing but at 11k miles and 22 months; Skoda said I had to take car into dealer to argue my case but nearest is almost an hour away and frankly I couldn't be arsed when clear message was "wear & tear". VW Group engineer who had seen the car as a breakdown - I refused ti drive it until inspected - said entirely commonplace issue and to replace with BREMBO pads not VW. Did so at personal cost locally and no further problems - yet

Passenger Front Headrest cannot be removed ?
I confirm video above; it's not obvious but finally this did the trick for me so I could fit seat covers

Replacement Grill on Skoda Kamiq
I've had to do the same thing recently, passing pheasant took out whole of front plastic grill. Needed to make an insurance claim in the end as front radar sensor had been impacted too. However as far as I'm aware the replacement grill was a one complete piece including chrome surround, and you can find similar things an eBay new for around £85
