i am having same issue, it is annoying, will have to figure something out as well, not sure if dealer would fix it, since it is just bad design from factory

there is no such thing as long life oil. i suggest to change oil every 10k km, if possible always before winter if you care about engine health and reliability. Especially on RS petrol version.

while working on IOT(internet of things, where sims are in everything and everything is connected) first solution to "why my connection is down" restart the device. since car is device and it is always on, either remove fuses or car battery. but removing battery can reset thing you dont want to reset, so specific fuses removal is better :d but yes, i agree, so smart world still needs hard restarts If i would be developer for this, i would add some algorithm to retries to connect to network, not just do retries 5times in a row and then just stop even trying.

me being me, could not sit and wait, took out both fuses locked the car worked a bit(15min) then went back put them back in place and it works. + got some update straight away, details here: If i will lose internet again i will share that, hopefully this fix will solve internet issue

i picked up car few hours ago, they said they cant figure out issue, they sent data to somewhere and soon they will understand which blocks in infotainment needs to be replaced.

how you do that? car is in what state? how long, you lock car leave open, please give all process, i will do it as well today, again.

i just called dealer, to see whats up, so they contacted some kind of support, and this does not seem to be any outage on their side, they can not figure out what is the issue, they will collect data and give my car back to me and send this data to skoda so they can figure out what needs to be done. honestly sounds like this car was build somehow and nobody knows how it actually works.

ok, now i feel better we all in same boat, good for those who use android/apple carplay/auto, since phone covers data there. i can oly imagine how frustrating it might be for those who still use sat nav. My guess here - this should be their cloud issue, cant be same issue on multiple cars around EU, removing fuses was like restart data session and see if eSIM connects(just a educated guess, i have worked few years in IOT, where i worked with sim cards and connectivity) I have appointment tomorrow mid day, i will update you guys once i got news.

Tried to reset all, it showed me that infotainment could not be reset.. i will call my dealer ask them whats up with that, i can still drive without that, since everything is still working.

i am in the same boat now, I did remove fuse nr 30, but did not check SOS if its green or not, fuse was out for couple minutes max. did not help.

i will go check soon, if globe is grey, but cant find fuse box diagram, if you know which one please share

finally some issues for me. car could not load my(primary user) asked me to log in with skoda ID and then showing error, that its not possible, as well in information notifications it shows no internet connection.. any ideas? app on phone does not show todays trip details, just Sundays details..
