If you are selecting by Album then I would expect music to be played in the same order as on the album. Have you looked in settings?

Most peculiar, Ihave a 21 plate Karoq withe Amundsen Mib3. My system picks up where the music left off and.....I see all the album artwork. Sorry I have no suggested cure.

That's exactly what I use for all my music. In answer to the original question - I have a MY21 Karoq with 0270 firmware on Mib3 and regularly switch between Media (mp3 files), Radio and Nav. In all cases when I return to Media it starts at the same mp3 as before and the same point in the song. I always list my songs by album. With regard to album artwork my system didn't show it but I had ripped the tracks from my cd collection. I added the artwork via a tagging app and I now see all artwork but as VRS has said I've found that 200x200 image size works well. It's just a shame that the system still doesn't update all the Radio Channel artwork.

How do you know I haven't dealt with Skoda CS? I didn't say I was angry......give it a rest now 👍

Quite agree but, at the moment, I have a Skoda and it's what I read about their CS that irks me.

I have had my Karoq since end of April and am very happy with the car. BUT......if I had know about some of the stuff I've read in this forum I don't think I would have bought it.

Last time I looked i was on 21/3 so just checked and it's now 21/5 so something must be happening.

A month with MY21 and largely happy with it. Some things missing (speed camera alerts) and some new things to play with. However I have some questions I hope another member can enlighten me about. Is it possible to stop recent journeys being automatically added to list of destinations? It's a pain deleting them. Do you use Service Partner? I haven't chosen one yet and wondered whether to bother since I have about three I could use. I've put my private registration on the car. I don't see anywhere I need to change in Skoda Connect. Is that right? Thanksin advance for any replies.

I'm new to my Karoq so am of limited help. Have you tried resetting to factory default in settings? Or....If the problem is electrical then a good cure-all is to try disconnecting the battery then reconnect. No guarantees but it does sort a lot of problems. Good luck.

Thanks guys but it still doesn't allow download for 2020/11 or the other 2020 manuals.

Not sure what it means but my Nav. Database is 21.3. I presume that is the maps.

I'm trying to get the pdf version of my handbook. I go to Skoda UK, enter the relevant information and it brings up the pdf on screen. BUT.....I can't see any means of downloading it. Any help appreciated.

Ah yes....I may be wrong here.....but is that from registration date or purchase date. My understanding is 3 years from registration date so it will be less from purchase date.

Thanks for your reply. The SD card is now a built in Esim. As with a lot of manufacturers today they assume we all want to do things on-line. I don't miss the CD player as all my music is on a USB-C stick.

Hi all, I've just bought a MY21 Karoq SE L. I've been driving an Alfa Romeo Giulia but mobility issues necessitate something a little less low slung. Hence the Karoq. I've only had it since Thursday but first impressions are very favourable. Lokking forward to participating, not least with a raft of questions.
