Blower not working, how to test in situ ??
The blower isn't working after changing the speed resistor though it did work for a few weeks. I've looked again at the resistor again and appears undamaged. I suspect the switch or the motor now. What methods would you use to test if the switch is powering the resistor or to test the motor in situ ??

Roomster , fan/blower speed selector?
I Pulled the fan speed selector off a few weeks back which was to check the switch because i had a problem with the fan, but it wasn't the switch that was the problem and was the resistor so its replaced, for a week the though the blower was working fine although the selector switch was temperamental in that some times I'd need to tap it to get the fan to work. Pulled it apart again and unfortunately I'm pretty sure I've lost a connection that was likely a copper tube I'm guessing , now the switch doesn't work atall. So here's the question: Where do I get just a new selector switch or better still the copper connector tube ? I realize you can buy the whole climate control but it seems a bit ott when I only need 1 switch Skoda roomster 1.9tdi year 2007

Blower keeps blowing fuses
Hi all. I own a roomster td. The air blower has in the last year only had full speed or nothing but recently I can't even get full speed without blowing fuses? I've put a multimeter on amps setting and between the fuse terminals pulling 14.5 amps on average which ofcouse will then activate the fan at full speed when I do that with the multimeter. The motor didn't sound like it was laboring so is it a classic resistor change do you think or is there other problems which are more common on the roomster ?

front passenger door wont unlock
I might not have described the problem very well. So with access through the door panel i need to get the deadlock to unlock. The actuator isn't doing that so any one know how to do that manually?

front passenger door wont unlock
Ive pulled off the cable which i guess it the external door handle cable.. What i was hoping to find is either something on the actuator that turns or pushes something that i could reach to mimic the actuator

front passenger door wont unlock
Thanks for reading and hope you can help. I cant open the passenger front door atall. Ive just about managed to get to the actuator by partially pulling back the door cover.. the cable looks fine from the handle so im not suspecting that but im thinking that the actuator motor feels like its actuating for the lock but it seems very uncommitted to unlocking .. Is there any thing i can pull/push/twist ect to mimic the open movement? Im trying what i can by feeling by finger tips 😄😰
