Is there an update (software v. 0480) ?

Mine is is also working again as of yesterday. (Octavia 2019)

Same problem on Skoda Octavia Combi from 2019 since new year 2022.

Hi @maz1960 I am having the same issue on my Octavia running firmware: 480 since mid-January. Did you manage to reconnect to Skoda connect after your updated your firmware? Thanks.

Hi This just happened to me also... I had it open and based it by accident with my knee, so now the side towards the steering wheel is loose, and I can't get it back in, I do not think anything broke. Any chance someone with the skills would make a movie where the remove it and put it back in? Thanks and have a nice weekend.
