Obviously this is not normal. This is a car, not a truck. I would recommend you to show your car to different official dealer.

Yes I heard similer rattles, especially on rough roads and speed bumps. But the sound I heard was more like "plastic". Do you hear same rattles when you are on high speed? My sway bar links were looking fine as well. They were not damaged, I faced this problem just a day after I bought the car. I have not heard again after replacement.

Below mentioned plastic rod ( placed behind the front wheels ) may cause this issue. Mine has been replaced under guarantee.

If it is not installed in the factory, there is no wiring in the car for the rear usb port. Probably the original soluition will cost a lot for your need. Basically a hub like I attached will solve your problem. You can easily stick ( with double sided tape) it on the place which created for rear usb port. Since the lighter connection placed below the armrest, it is easy to make the 12V connection.
