  2. my workshop mechanic did it for me, sorry i dont have the photos when removed, but let me check on the part codes etc. he did mention this highlighted part here was worn out (the brackets that hold onto the bumper), hence he replaced it. this video may assist:
  3. Noticed that over time the rear bumper 'drops abit', thus there are small panel gaps visible where the tail light areas are. It became more obvious after it the rain and the dirt piles up at the panel gaps, and it became more noticeable. Upon removal of the rear bumper, the clips were worn out, and required to be replaced. Below are before and after pics. Something minor, but hope it helps, it can be done to 'minimize' the gaps.
  4. Will take another video at night time to see the compassion to day time. 20211231_122028.mp4
  5. Thanks to @JR RS I got the right item Ali Express for the rear tail light LED indicators. Didn't realise it was so easy to fix, it was less than 10minutes. Will take video later on to show just how bright and better it looks compared to stock bulb. No error codes, no hyper flash. Just plug and play. happy with the purchase.
  6. Yes I'm seriously considering going. The reason why I am hesitant is because I had a bad experience with the Agent the first time. When they passed my car back to me after servicing...there were several scratches to my exterior body and interior had stains. They have no common sense how to look after a customer's car. Yes I did prior to removing the headliner. It didn't work at all.
  7. I rarely use the sunroof...hence I'm surprised it had been 'worn out '. Perhaps maybe once a month...but not for a long distance.
  8. Just to update everyone who had been assisting me in this forum, and those who are experiencing this issue similar to mine: 1) went to the workshop, headliner removed 2) mechanic discovered that panoramic sunroof track is worn out [driver side] 3) he advised whole sunroof track is required to be replaced if want to completely eliminate the noise 4) advised me to head to agent to get it replaced since under warranty 5) he secured and tightened the bolts/brackets, applied some grease 6) now there is about 50% reduction in the frequency of the popping sounds overall i can hear the difference in improvement, since i left about a year for warranty remaining, ill continue to drive and see if i really need to head to the agent or not. im just glad i managed to see the real cause of the noise now, instead of self-diagnoising. thanks to all who have given me your advise here in this forum. 4.mp4
  9. after & before photos.
  10. Just changed to 15mm hub-centric spacers alluminium alloy for both front & back. I really like the Trinity 19" Rims. But I would change to forged rims next year, in the meantime I thought of just trying spacers for the outlook. Attached some photos to see the difference for before and after.
  11. Appreciate everyone's suggestion. Went to another workshop ytd, the mechanic says its definately coming from the Headliner (Driver side/A-Pillar/Sunroof) area. A screw/bolt or something which is causing some friction against the metal frame. Made an appointment next week get the headliner removed and for them to check what's causing the noises. He advised would take at least 3 days or less. Wil revert with the update. thanks all.
  12. Not at all, as long as the vehicle is above 25mph the noise occurs. irregardless of rough/bumpy roads, the noise still occurs. on a straight smooth road, noise occurs as well.
  13. Yes, turned it off completely but sound still persists. Thks for the assistance, any other suggestions ?
  14. The best analogy would be a Raindrop that lands on your windscreen. I am experiencing this 'raindrop', whenever I am travelling above 25mph, it only occurs on my driver side (headliner/A-Pillar/Window) area. Went to dealer & to a third party workshop, both were unable to find the root cause. It occurs every 15 seconds, hence I am going mental, I can't keep blasting my music all the time, hence I need help on this.
