Is the climate panel change a requirement if you are not interested in having the button on the panel? I mean can i just leave the panel without the button and use the infotainment menu to turn on and off the windscreen heating?

Hi! Last winter i was having trouble to pull the hook from the boot, when there was freezing outside. The hook didn´t literally move at all and i had to drive my car to a garage to let it warm up. Sitting in the garage for just for 5 minutes was enough to get the hook moving again as expected. Does anybody know, which part on this picture is probably freezing, causing the hook in the boot to get stuck, when there´s minus degrees outside and is it a quick fix, or should i visit my local dealer to get it sorted out?

Can anybody tell what is causing this noise in the center of dashboard? https://photos.app.goo.gl/Wasn1sjbGvxJaBCe7 The noise appears when engine is not running, only ignition is turned on and i turn on or off the auxillary heater. Car already went in to local dealer who greased the climatronic flap motor, but this didn´t solve the problem. The car was warmed up before shooting this video.
