Not entirely correct from what I can read on Norwegian news sites: four political parties have agreed that only zero-emission vehicles should be sold in Norway after 2025. Not necessarily by banning petrol/diesel engines - subsidies and taxes can also be used, making petrol/diesel vehicles unattractive. Plus that they have great faith in technological development: "there might be zero-emission petrol engines in 2025". Ah, Rustynuts was faster...

It would indeed be ironic if the Leave camp could use EU law as an argument for questioning the outcome... however, I would guess that this is something that each member country controls (just as we control regulations when it comes to ordinary parliamentary/regional/local elections). Any rule requiring a minimum margin must of course apply both ways. Would Farage demand a 2nd referendum should the Leave side win with a 25 % margin?
