I had a Skoda Karoq 2022 with heated windshield. It was foiled without any stripes. Windshield colour (tint) from outside looked like copper. Now I have a Skoda Karoq 2023 FL with heated windshield. It is also foiled without any stripes. Colour is neutral. The heating power of the old windshield was better = little faster.

My Karoq Style 1,5 DSG ordered 20.04.23. Car was ready/built 12.06.23 and now estimated arrival date to local dealer 11.07.23. My older Karoq order took 8 months...

Wires are too visible. View is not clear. Karoq and Kodiaq - there is silver film in heated windscreen. It is awesome, there is no wires.

Good point. Without that awkward, damned "touch" display, Fabia would be simply clever and nice car.

Same problem here. Every week few times this same text suddenly on display. Skoda protects me from listening radio.. Poor infotainment quality.

My Fabias basic leds are weak. Worst lights in any car I've owned. Karoq´s basic LED lights (ref 20) are much much better. Is it too expensive to make good headlights? There is no any specs of Fabia´s FULL-LED headlights. Mystery... Fabia´s signal lights style with orange bulbs also from year 1999.

I still think smartphone with magnetic smartphone holder in dashboard is best solution. Supercrisp Amoled display and all apps alltime ready to use. Google maps in smartphone is best navigation system. Skoda infotainment or automatic "smart" connections/Android Auto etc. feels slow and display is low resolution, voice control listen and think too long time. PS. I got little refund from dealer when I received my car without promised wireless Smartlink.

I received my new Fabia without wireless Smartlink... Dealer asked me: Can You live without it? I can. Smartlink (wireless) = 6 months delay for delivery time.

Same here. 1 week old Fabia. 3 times all stuck - no radio, no parking camera and touchscreen not working and display "Component protection active" and "updating" loop... I tried radiobutton 10sec boot - no response. After car ignition off and 2 minutes waiting and system works fine again.
