Can anyone tell me why, when I try to download a manual online for my car from Skoda for information on playing external media, the "Language" drop-down gives me only two choices, both of which appear to be middle eastern? Any assistance appreciated.

Thanks guys for your helpful replies. Tried adjusting them just now after work and they seem to have tabs on top which you can use to clip them up or down in notches with a finger nail. Moved the driver's side up a notch and tried it. Passenger side had moved up as well so they must be linked.

Washer jets aren't aimed correctly, service receptionist says the nozzles can be adjusted with a pin! Is this correct? Has anyone done it? Don't want to risk damaging anything. Can't imagine how they both got out of position in the first place. Any words of wisdom appreciated, ta.

Hi All, new person here. Picked up my 2021 1.5 Estate on Friday, ex demo', 200 miles. Just tried to clean the windscreen on the way home from work and both jets barely reach the screen, hitting the glass BELOW the wipers. Fluid is topped right up. Wonder if anyone had any pointers before I complain to dealer. Any assistance greatly appreciated, Rich.
