My curent panel is a bit scuffed and was considering an upgrade if im going to change them. All 4 doors are sound insulated, metal and plastic panel, trims are covered with forged carbon foil and added aftermarket ambient light (don't really like how i fitted them).

Hello, Some time ago i read on some forum (don't remember) that some one manages to mount the front door panels from Octavia 4 on a Octavia 3 (the back ones do not match). Anybody can confirm or not this ? Don't want to buy the parts unnecessary. Thank you!

Of course you can, it is just not so easy, you need to code it, copy immo details.... You need ODIS and acces to Skoda servers. Also you have to modify odometer, i think now you are able also to take km backwards? All in all, sadly it is very expensive Or .... There are some clusters on AliExpress for like 500 euro and are plug and play almost :). The catch is that you have to move the circuit board from your cluster to the Ali digital ones.

Lately i saw some clips with people that have replaced the LED DRL with some aftermarket strip that doubles as a DRL and a dynamic turn signal and also the strip is RGB so you can set it any color you want. I asked around some people locally that can do this upgrade, but they do not want to share info .... money is money i guess. I have this installed on my NFL O3 and was plug and play for me on MIB2. But after 2 years it is not working anymore .... a few month ago sometimes the image was displayed distorted and in black and white and yesterday i think it just died ... display is all black. It worked perfectly until it did't

Hello, After 2 years of no issue, my reverse camera from China started to act up in the morning, the image is black and whine and flickering. Most likely due to fluctuation in the voltage from the car, because later in the day, it works just fine. A solution is to install a 12v power filter on the + and - but i have no idea exactly where these wires are. The camera is plug and play, no wire cutting so the power comes straight out of the MIB 2 box, I got a picture of where the + wire is from the Chinese guy, will attach a picture but would like some one that knows the wiring loom to confirm this is + and where the - might be.

Coolant temp does not go over 90 degrees in any situations, even went on a max speed of 230km/h to see how it handled.

Hello, I have a Octavia 3 TDI 2.0 CRMB engine and lately it is loosing coolant, mainly during city traffic. I drove 3-4 days ( no more than 100 km in total) in the city and i see a coolant loss level of 1-2 lines on the expansion tank. But during long drives, i did 1000 km and i noticed zero loss in liquid level.... . I had the car visually inspected and there are no wet patches on the engine or underside of the car, even left it 3 days in the same spot and was all the time dry under the car. Checked the silica bag and it is intact and no cracks (i plan to have it removed soon). Next step is to go to a garage and have them put a camera and check the intercooler on the engine for cracks and a more detailed look on the water pump. Anyone had similar issues, because i see the main problem is the water pump, but mine is dry all the time and if it was the intercooler, then why i only loose liquid while driving in the city and nothing at long trips?

Thank you for the feedback so far, I know now what panel unit number i need: 5NA907044AJ (without Webasto) from a Tiguan2 / Kodiaq / Passat B8 H. Just need to find a suitable frame, one of the Russian posts used a Superb frame but the bottom corners were sticking a bit out. As for coding it, some Russian guy said it was not needed, just press certain buttons :)).

Hello, I own a Octavia 3 from 2015 and i saw that you can replace the climatronic panel to one with touch buttons. Has anyone done this and can help me check if my model can benefit form it. And if so, what touch panel codes might fit and what frame is compatible and a location to buy it, even if it's AliExpress. Bellow is my current setup and a picture of what i am aiming for.
