diag report has been sent off, But there expecting it to be rejected as outside elements could have caused the issue Replacement window seals / strips for all 4 windows is around £230 for just the parts, So if the warranty doesn't cover it ill just live with it

Update - Cars in the garage for other warranty work today, There going to see if they can issue a diag report to see if Škoda warranty will cover them, As the technician that came out to look at them agreed something isn’t right

I’m also not sure it would be classed as wear and tear, as where would you draw the line, as you could technically class anything as wear and tear to me I’d class it as a defect as the felt like material is coming away from the rubber

I spotted one a month ago on the passenger side, and now spotted all the other windows are doing the same thing i also cannot see why it wouldn’t be under warranty, as to me it seems like a defect

Car turns 3 years old on Saturday, so i think my final day for warranty claims will be Friday, cars luckily already in on Friday for the air blower being replaced under warranty, so I was going to bring this to there attention while in, as it will only take them a few mins to look at it and say we will put a warranty claim in or not

No, the material on top of the rubber is lifting off car is out of warranty on Saturday, and the cars in the garage tomorrow for some warranty work so I was going to bring it to there attention

Wondering if anyone could help and advise if this issue is a warranty issue, I’m not sure what the parts called but all the window seals seems to be falling apart

IM sure its only happened since i got a OTA update a week or 2 ago

tried that, still got same issue Only way for me is to hold power button on touch screen until unit resets and then it works again

I’ve done the update this morning to 0324 took around 20 mins for 0308 and 15-20 mins 0324 all working ok for me - I did use a fast usb 3.2 memory stick

I need some help guys, I’ve had my car in to Skoda the other week due to loading user profile sticking on the screen and sos error issue. The ocu was swapped out and the sos issue has been fixed, But I’m still having issues with the infotainment system freezing or looping on loading user profile - mainly happens if I’ve been in the car already and then jump back in 5 minutes later (only way to resolve is leave the car off around 30 mins) I’m stuck on what to do next apart from go back to my dealer - I’m on the latest 1560 firmware version and I’ve also factory reset the head unit aswell.

My ocu was replaced on Thursday to fix the sos issue and my infotainment screen from freezing. I’ve had no sos lights since, But I’ve just had my profile loading screen stick again on the infotainment screen 😞 - so I’ve now decided to delete my Skoda account from the infotainment screen (once it loaded up again) to see if it helps the profile load up and quicker ive checked and my infotainment is running the latest version

Hi So ive had my Kamiq in the garage as randomly i would have SOS light come on or now and again the infotainment system would freeze. Garage confirmed the issue was down to the OCU and this has been swapped out - Great (im not sure what this does but i guess it relates to the SOS Calling) Ive been looking at the infotainment system version and this is what ive found - Is there any updates for this?
