Hello, For some reason my infotainment centre has decided not to connect to my phone properly. I can choose a contact from the menu and it connects but stays on my phone and not on the loudspeaker, what's happened?? Thanks

Ahh forgot to say it's a monte carlo Mine is the upper screen and the upper control panel. I've started leaving air-conditioning on automatic, and watching the mpg get less and less. The 1.0 monte carlo isn't very good on juice at all , I avg around 49mpg

Hello , this is different to my 2023 Fabia, it's touch screen controls and no recirculation button or the usual symbol.

Hello guys , suffering again with a badly misted window this morning. This even after cleaning the windscreen with a quality cleaner. Does the AC know when to use air recirculation and not? There is no dedicated button in the car to switch on and off. As many have said before ,after cleaning the condensation off the windscreen it can mist up again whilst driving off. My mates always going on how his Ford clears in seconds !

Hello , No it's still the same , I'm just putting up with it tbh. How can you persuade the garage to replace something under warranty? If I don't give gas it stalls, give gas and it throws you through the windscreen. The odd occasion it's smooth. I hate junctions and having to go into 1st gear !

Sorry if I'm asking in the wrong place but this website has changed and I need a sat nav to navigate it . Speaking of Sat nav, I've a 23 plate fabia MC. I'm finding the sat nav can't find house numbers. I'll put in 20 and it'll say 15 or 3. This happens quite a lot or it just won't accept a number and it won't search. What am I doing wrong? I know sometimes the search is slow. Cheers in advance.

Whoever answers the phone said. I've done 10000 miles , oil and filter changed elsewhere to dealership. Had emails this week for brake fluid change , air con check .

Thanks , dealership had also said 2 years. Had enough of this fabia Monte Carlo 1.0, currently doing 45 mpg , steering feels dodgy, 1st gear jolty , supposed to be a safe car to drive but doesent feel it.

I'm pressing the accelerator when the clutch is 3/4 released , it's mad , I hate this car ! Also coming up to roundabouts in 2nd and not having enough power to pull away if a car unexpectedly appears from my right hand side . I feel quite unsafe in the safety forward car .....

He was right about the filters, the original is clearly different to the replacement, one carbon , the other just white ! I will now drive everywhere with air con on ..

Yes , that was the last skoda fabia I'd bought new...

I shall get the filter out of the bin ! But this is the 2nd fabia I've had with demisting problems, my 2017 fabia had water dripping from the roof, removing the sunglasses compartment revealed no insulation and a bare metal roof dripping wet.

I've just changed mine thanks for your help, I'm having trouble with the length of time demisting, heating on full, air-conditioning on . I shall see if this helps. Yes mine was valeo too, I replaced with crosland from Halfords/europarts.

So I'm getting a noise , sounds like something stuck in the dashboard/ windscreen area. I did think it was the speaker in the dashboard/windscreen area. It sounds like leaves are trapped somewhere and are blowing/ rustling in the wind . Nothing in the wiper area to see, nothing under the bonnet. Any ideas? 2023 fabia MC .

Hello guys, I seem to have a problem with the boot Opener on the fob, it doesn't work on either of the keys, unless I'm doing something wrong? It locks and unlocks on the top and bottom buttons , unlocking on the bottom button opens and locks the boot, but the middle boot button doesn't do anything. Any ideas?? I should add its a 2023 .

Fuel is the same on mine , not a lot to the gallon compared to my 67 plate fabia 95ps. Great economic car. Regarding the 1st gear problems, it's been in for a service and the found nothing wrong , said they've reconfigured the gear box , if that's true !!
