The only issue I've identified so far since the upgrade is that all my radio station logos were lost. If you go into the setup for them there's an option to load the logo from USB or SD card. Is there a fire that stores logos per country or any advice to restore?

I was unable to try again for the last 2 weeks as I was away until this morning. But I can finally report that I am now upgraded to 369 and the #10 fuse and glovebox are back installed! Thanks for all your patience, especially Varoom. I got to the bottom of the reason the error happened and perhaps it may help someone else in the future. I unzipped (with 7-zip) from the download file to the freshly formatted sd card. But one needs to first unzip the downloaded zipped file to a directory in your download folder. Then copy the directory contents to the SD card. Unzipping directly to the sd card does not work.

Thanks! Interesting! I used 7-zip to extract the download to the e-drive (sd-card). I thought that was fool proof and would not fail. What do you recommend?

I can't see any issue with the media or extraction process tbh. I just tried with the 2nd brand new sdcard. With exact same results. The right hand knob is the eonly was to move/click the cursor. Clicking retry shows the error reading file mesage. Clikcing skip shows the blue bootuploader update error. Removing the sdcard shows the insert valid contatner message. This just cycles. It looks like the original instalation has been wiped. There is no way to boot from the sdcard for some reason. Can it work from the usb?

Just to note that all update attempts so far where with the car running. I only turned off the engine once I had the emergency red message ongoing. If if put the #10 fuse back in the red emergency screen returns straight away. For the CeaMere sdcard I ran the above chkdsk with the command prompt open in admin mode and it says: Cannot open volume for direct access. I bought another brand new sdcard, different manufacturer, Integral, I formatted to exFat and unzipped to my E drive, Running chkdsk on the new sdcard gives the same message. The e drive displays fine in explorer for both sdcards. I tried to redownload but it says the server is unreachable. Is it worth me downloading again and trying a MD5 check on the download or something?

Yes!! My key in behind that and popped it out. Screen dead. Thanks so much for having my ass! I formatted the brand new sdcard exFat. I wonder why my windows 19 machine sees it 100% but the car does not. Maybe i try and buy a different brand of sdcard?

I have literally no idea. I'm sitting here in the car don't know what to do. Screen has been on all this time, and it's still showing red screen. My wife is killing me after I got a new car and have I now killed it. I looked up about trying to disconnect the battery. I might have to call emergency services.

Actually the manual days infotainment 12,infotainment screen 10. Here's manual, turning 90 degrees seems to be what I'm looking at in fusebox.

I managed to get fuse box open. The pdf manual i downloaded (none came with car) says radiosystem is #12, can't see that. This is what I see:

The red emergency download screen is still showing, it won;t turn off. I can control switching between the button with the right knob and then get another red emergency download message: Error occurred. no suitable update found. Please insert valid update container". I put back in my brand new sdcard with 0369 exploded but it comes back to the first emergency download screen. It looks like I have lost the factory install system which had been working fine. I can get the system to turn off after the 2nd emergency download screen but then after 10 seconds in restarts and shows the first red emergency download screen. I don;t know how long that will show before my battery is dead. I just bought this sd card. How can I get the system to turn off?

When I shut the car off the emergency screen is still showing, what do I do now? My battery will be killed. The red emergency download screen says: Device: cpuplus Module: cpuboot %1 Error occured: FileReadError no file I am unable to press any of the bottom 3 buttons

I have the factory version installed and then you gave me the latest appicable is my understanding.

Does this mean mine can't be upgraded for some reason or any tips to get aorund this please?

The warnings about using an external power source are a little eye brow raising, I don't have anything like that, but was planning on doing after a decent drive. I found the latest, MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0480T.7Z, at EU - MIB Solution. 3.6 GB DL is challening over http, is there fto access anywhere to DL perhaps? Feel free to direct me to a FAQ (post) that may answer these noob questions.
